I've been with Trinity for more than 3 years and had my first call for service last week. On the day for the service, the technician Manuel called me to inform me he had an earlier time he could arrive and if it was ok to do so rather than just showing up outside the expected time of arrival window. Once on site, Manuel went over the alarm system and explained why the system was doing what it was doing. Manuel was very thorough and provided a solution to how I wanted the system to work for me.Great job Manuel.

Had a great experience with Trinity Wireless and Manny. I must have like 7 Trinity devices in my four level home and the customer service is amazing. If I can't reach someone on the phone, I can always text to get my questions answered. Manny added a lock for my backdoor today and was amazing. He showed me how to use everything and how to change the batteries. Thank you!

I have been with the Trinity since 2019. Manny came to replace my door lock. Before replacing the door lock, Manny check the old lock to determine the problem and when the lock could not be repaired, he then changed the lock. Manny also, checked the system to ensure that it is working well. Very good technician.

Manny, called and first said good morning,introduced himself to me and asked me how I was doing, he then proceeded to let me know he was 40 minutes away and will be at me home shortly. Once Manny arrived he immediately put his shoe covers over his his shoes before he stepped in my home. :). He immediately went to work on my key panel and had the problem resolved within 15-20min. He also gave me instructions on resolving that problem in the future. Manny was very pleasant, professional, and very attentive in handling my problem Thank you Manny and Trinity.
