My review falls in line with the other reviews. Warm welcome when I arrived . Very courteous team members and customer service on point. The hotel is modern and placed in a safe beautiful neighborhood. Food options close by and fill up gas stations. I enjoyed my room with the flat screen TV and comfy beds. I also appreciate the extra towels and face cloths already placed in the bathroom. Needless to say I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great night stay. Thanks to all for making my trip a pleasant one.

It was the one Hilton hotel that had available rooms and we only needed it for one night as we were visiting a family member's Quinceañera! I spoke with Layla on the phone who was very accommodating and helpful, she booked our rooms with ease and has a very sweet energy. That one night I had the best sleep I had in ages!!! Being a mom of a toddler, that says a lot especially when one loves their own bed- beyond grateful for that alone. It was very peaceful, clean, and perfect for me and my family's one night stay. Yamely checked us out of the hotel and I had such a lovely chit chat with her, she is also amazing at her job! Overall great staff and will come back again.

Friend I was visiting went into the hospital with a head injury and I was forced to cancel... I was still charged a 100% cancelation fee

Very small rooms… reminds me of a Microtel. They do have refrigerators in the rooms (no freezer compartment). They have a decent breakfast for a motel, and have plenty of snacks (including beer & wine) for other times.

We had a wonderful experience from booking our stay to being greeted at the front desk. I was surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the room was awesome! Even has a mini fridge. The shower had great pressure and the pillows were awesome! Best sleep I've had in a while.

My guests stayed here for my wedding back in December of 2022 and I still get compliments for choosing this hotel for a stay! Spacious rooms, and clean! They have breakfast with many options and a game area. Very versatile space. Love staying at Tru hotels

We absolutely loved our stay at Tru by Hilton Manassas! The hotel is clean, modern, and conveniently located, but what truly stood out was the exceptional level of customer service. We booked a weekend staycation to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and requested the same room (408) we stayed in on our wedding night last year. The staff not only accommodated our request but went the extra mile by beautifully decorating the room as a surprise—it was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made us feel so special. We highly recommend Tru by Hilton. It is very close to the Manassas Airport and about 30 mins from Dulles Intentional Airport. It is also conveniently located almost across the street from Brentsville Hall, 2 Silos Brewing Co, perfect for weddings, events and entertainment and of course our favorite restaurant The Black Sheep.

Shower leaks into the bathroom floor and they charge $4-$5 for a freaking bottle of water. It’s a hotel not Disney and it’s not in a hide tourist spot.
