Remodeling the master bath and was about to drop almost $5k here, until I learned Home Depot doesn't provide a competitive 10% military discount. I was told twice that the maximum discount was $50. I left and went to Lowes, bought the same stuff and they honored the 10% discount and price matched the free standing soaking tub. Here is what the general restrictions on the Home Depot 10% OFF military discount:1. It is only available in participating stores and not online.2. You're restricted to a maximum order size of $500, so the most you can save on any "single purchase" is $50.3. Family members, spouses, and dependents can't get the discount on their own.4. There are exclusions on full-priced merchandise which include Home Depot installation services, special-purpose appliances, and all gift cards.

We went into Home Depot to look for paint. It took a little bit to get somebody to the paint counter, but we were so glad that Eddie was able to come help us! Eddie was absolutely wonderful. He was so knowledgeable about paint and how to help us with getting our house ready to paint. He wanted us through important steps and helped her pick out supplies know be worth our time. We definitely left. So thankful that people like Eddie work at Home Depot because we had such an amazing experience and now want to go to Home Depot in Manassas over any other Home Depot because of the amazing customer service, knowledge, and passion for helping others!

As a Home Depot Pro account member, I have always preferred to use Home Depot for my home improvement projects. But, I found myself in unknown territory when asked to in replace a 20+ year old electric wall oven. When I went to the new Home Depot in Haymarket, VA, Randa Medani took the time to explain all of my options and walked me through the decision making process. Randa was wonderful and I am extremely happy to find the best solution at a really great price. Thank you Randa Medani, and thank you Home Depot.

Payed 1200$ for a new dishwasher, which included install and removal. Installers refused to do the work because the job would take to long and they had other deliveries to do. And on top of this i have to wait 12-24 hours for them to refund me the money. I will never shop here again, worst customer service ever!!!!!

Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. First they messed up my appointment with my water heater now they don't know what to do with the old one. It's a joke calling them they have no idea what they are doing. Their answer is always call the online Home Depot or actually them saying they don't know. It's a waste of time.

Staff lacks common sense as well as courtesy. Breaks everything they move for you and then trying to get a manager on the phone is a nightmare. On my 3rd vanity top from them as the first 2 were broken and the "assistant" manager had the audacity to blame my plumber for the lack of care they show when getting a product for you. Not like it was a cheap one either. Do yourself a favor and pick a different location with competent employees. Because they don't care about the customer here.

Ran into this store really quick for my old man to grab a shark bite for a water heater! I wasn’t sure what I was looking for ( of course I know nothing about plumbing) and I asked the guy at paint if he could fine someone to help me he said uhhhh and yelled for another girl who was walking with a plumbing pipe and she was too busy taking to her friend who was another employee that without stopping she says “I know nothing about plumbing” kept walking g and talking.... alrighty then..... ended up asking another customer for help..... fix your employees

Went to look at some laminate countertops tonight and when asked about a particular color that I liked, I was met with such a rude attitude by the older African-American worker there. He acted as if he did not want to be bothered at all. He was seated, having a conversation with another coworker and felt bothered that he had to answer our questions. And when I didn’t understand him, he shouted at us condescendingly telling us the kiosk for the laminate countertops was basically there for show. There were no representatives to help and customers couldn’t order. Why have the kiosk there! Very frustrating. But more importantly because of his attitude we won’t be shopping there. Will give our business to Lowe’s.

I prefer Lowe's, however, home depot had what I needed. The parking lot lights were out. Disappointed with that.

My fiance' and I had some wood cut here. They cut some of the pieces incorrectly and also delivered 2 pieces in the wrong size. We've trying to get it resolved with several people in the store and the last person we spoke with, today, was Tara. She wanted to fix one of our issues, but not the other. As I'm speaking with her, she begins to talk over me. I repeatedly said "excuse me, excuse me..." so I can get my point across, but she wouldn't stop trying to blame us for the error. TARA HUNG UP IN MY FACE. We have had a horrible experience with this store. She ended up calling back, but is still only fixing one of the issues. We will handle the other issue with corporate office.

the guy working in the garden section is rude & does not wanna help anyone , i asked a simple question & he said " oh i don't really know " why is he working out there if he doesn't know anything & i observed another customer asking for help & he straight up just said no and didn't bother to at least let the customer finish asking , found that rude .

Bought an order online. Went to the store after I got an email telling me my order was ready for pickup. Arrived, and it was not ready for pickup. Waited 15 minutes. The runner still hadnt returned. Went and bought a can of spray paint. Came back to the pickup counter. No sign of my order. Another 15 minutes goes by. Finally had enough. Demanded a refund and walked out. I could have gone to the aisle, grabbed the 12 cans of great stuff, the pro gun, and 1 can of gun cleaner in 5 minutes. Home Depot is a colossal waste of time and energy. Avoid.
