The drop off driver was wonderful, he skillfully dropped the trailer on my tiny townhome street without blocking any driverways, including mine, despite cars being parked on the curb. I so appreciate their help with a very stressful move. My only complaint is the online tracking system was grossly misleading. It stated my trailer was picked up a week later than it was and that it would be delivered significantly later than it was. Though customer service was patient with my calls and clarified that their system was showing correctly.

We were very upset to learn that your delivery driver came on an 18 wheeler and was not able to even make it up the road leading to my mom’s house. He had to cancel the delivery and left us in a very bad spot late on a Friday afternoon with nowhere to store our things and no way to pack before we had to leave California. You all should have 1. Told us you were delivering on an 18 wheeler and 2. Looked at google earth yourself to verify you were able to deliver.
This was very unprofessionally handled on your end resulting in great stress and inconvenience for us.

Upack offered a wonderful service for our recent long distance move.We took the 5 day delivery service and they delivered the exact day as promised. Had to change the delivery mode last moment, they helped with that smoothly and even gave a great discount. Would definitely recommend upack .

Easy and reasonably priced! Quick to deliver and pickup. We have used them twice, Colorado to Puerto Rico and then Puerto Rico to Virginia. No issues.

Kind and professional staff, both in-office and drivers. Quality containers, good pricing (much better than other places I looked). Super responsive when you call the local offices (had to call both DC and New Mexico offices on more than one occasion - both were wonderful), which is so rare these days. Did a cross-country move and couldn't believe how quickly the U-Pack arrived (a week ahead of the initial estimate, which already seemed fast!). Online tracking tool was also easy and accurate. I will 100% use these folks again if have a move.

Generally positive experience renting a portion of a U-Pack trailer to move from DC to New Mexico. Super friendly customer service and the move itself was easy. Be sure to tie down your stuff well; ours was shaken up quite a bit in the move. My only criticism is that the website makes it seem as if you can use as much space as you want over 5 linear feet and will be charged accordingly. This is not true. The bulkhead can only be installed every two feet (on the odd numbers), so we were charged for 9 feet even though we only used 7 feet and change. I'm not sure why they even allow people to reserve 8feet (as we did) if it's a guarantee that using 8ft will get you charged for 9.

We used U-pack service last year from our move from VT to VA and we were very satisfied with customer service as well as pick up and delivery. So we used this company again this year for our move from VA to Hi.

Moving with U-Pack was smooth. We used their 26ft trailer service with guaranteed 4 business day delivery. The trailer arrived in Friday morning. We loaded it over the weekend and it was picked up on the following Monday. It arrived at destination on Friday. We unloaded it and it was picked up by U-Pack on following Tuesday.We had a lock with 2” height but it was too thick for the bulkhead. Instead, we used 2 locks with 1 and 3/4” length to lock the bulkhead.

We had an excellent experience using this UPack for our DTY move from Oklahoma to Virginia. The correspondence between us and the Upack team was flawless. And the freight company that handled the trucks were very communicative. While the price may seem slightly higher than other similar moving companies, we would say that it was definitely worth every penny for the ease and convenience through the entire process. The delivery of the container, the pick up of our stuff, in the transit was all on schedule and communicated thoroughly. We moved our items in and out of the truck ourselves, and we only had one item of ours that broke during transit (only because of our own maneuvering when placing it in the truck). We will absolutely be using this company again if and when we move. We highly recommend using UPack!

Phenomenal experience moving. Most of the people were unbelievably helpful. Steve, the U pack representative in the Manassas Virginia location could not have been more kind or helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly as possible. Manny was also very helpful as well as John at the Manassas location. Everything arrived ahead of time and largely undamaged. It was great to be able to lock everything up on one end and unlock it on the other without changing containers. The only issue I encountered was one of the representatives on the phone in California told me that if I took delivery of my container right away on a Thursday, it would definitely be picked up on Friday if I called on Thursday. I called on Thursday as well as Friday to have the unit picked up and there should be would happen by the end of the day Friday. They did not pick it up and no one ever called to tell me they would not be coming on Friday. They did not come until the following Monday. This was a bit of a problem as I had to leave the unit in the street which irritated the neighbors. Other than that, great experience. All of the drivers were really great as well.

Moved across the country from Alexandria, VA and couldn’t recommend U-Pack enough. People have advised against getting a moving company but UPack did not disappoint. We used their ReloCube to move to Seattle. UPack customer support is five stars — attentive, on time (if not early) for drop off and pick up. We (my husband) packed up life things and nothing was damaged..granted you have to be a good packer. And their website is great and easy to use. 10/10 would use again
