Had these guys for warranty 2 laptop's ago, would highly recommend. But now...took them my current laptop. Has issue that different warranty company could not fix-twice. Was provided option to have Ibreakufix repair it, get reimbursed for expense. couldn't be more thrilled. Showed up at 10AM...not open yet. When I get in, encounter something unexpected. Tech wants me to replicate error on demand, after I explain that error is random. I have an entire page of notes explaining issue. Lists error codes, events that prompt system crashes. Tech is...uninterested in them. I'm told after numerous minutes that Ibreakufix...will not take my laptop because I can't replicate the errors in real time. So you will not take a laptop...that another company has guaranteed to pay for services on...never thought I'd see the day where businesses would turn down money. But here we are. I planned on ensuring that my next laptop would be under an Asurion warranty, but this is not...encouraging.

I was here for a virus removal. They were very nice and very helpful. They are really good at their job and did my virus removal fast and got me in and out fast. Next time yall need a virus removal go here. They are amazing.

Came in for stripped screws that I couldn’t remove off my laptops motherboard , they happily took it in and were able to remove them , free of charge !

Five stars for technician Jake!
I had a fantastic experience with Jake. He really knows what he’s doing and went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to carefully inspect my phone, even using a black light to check for any hidden issues. Unlike another location I visited, he didn’t accuse me of “invisible damage” just to deny warranty service. Instead, he was straightforward, respectful, and focused on getting to the truth of the problem.
Jake explained everything clearly step by step, made sure I understood the process, and handled the repair under warranty at zero cost to me. His professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free.
It’s rare to find a technician who combines skill with genuine customer care, but Jake does exactly that. If you want your phone taken care of properly and without unnecessary hassle, I highly recommend asking for Jake.

I made it clear that I couldn’t get anything that was produced by You Tube. Puts up a statement saying won’t let you access because of adds. I was specific that this needed.. the people in the store are great. Guess there was a failure to communicate
