All of the workers here make a habit of calling customers love, sweetheart and the like. I find it extremely manipulative, rude and uncalled for. It must be part of their training because they ALL do it. I don't appreciate it at all. I prefer when employees are available without approaching me at every corner of the store let alone when they are making disingenuous attempts at ingratiating themselves by calling me pet names. Also they periodically lock their fragrances away so you can't even sample them.

i came to shop once and an american beauty advisor with glasses was seriously being annoying. i was asked several times if i needed a orange shopping bag, it got to the point where i said yes and she took forever to get one so i ended up getting it myself. i’m sure the employees were told to keep an eye on me, as i do look young and had several things in my hand. and not to be rude but the cashiers are sometimes mentally slow.

I came into ulta looking for a new concealer without knowing much about makeup or what are good brands. I approached Victor and he helped me with such an amazing attitude! He answered every question I had and helped color match me perfectly! He was so helpful and kind, which I appreciate greatly. 10/10 experience.

I took my friend into Ulta today to look for some makeup because her son is getting married and she wants to look really special for his wedding. she does not usually wear much in the way of make up, so this was going to be a new experience for her. I went in there, thinking it was going to take us several hours to find exactly what she was looking for. Immediately after we walked in, Victor walked over and offered to help us. My friend explained the look she was after, and he guided us to the Clinique counter. I was expecting him to have to go through multiple different shades to get the exact color of foundation she needed. He even said that he would pick a couple out to see which one works best. He actually picked the right one the first time. He then suggested a couple of more products that he thought would be best for her And stay with her budget. Victor is a wizard. We were both so very impressed with him. I cannot say enough, good things about him and about this location. While I was walking around, I had at least three people offered to help me with things. It’s a wonderful store And Victor needs to be a manager.

I went in this Ulta expecting a normal shopping experience as I have only gone to the stonebridge one. I was looking for a lip liner and I couldn’t decide which one. This wonderful worker, Malak I believe, led me over to the color pop isle and introduced me to the best lip liner in the entire world. She has changed my life and I will forever be in debt to her. If you guys go to this Ulta please get help from Malak. Nicest girl I have ever met. I lay awake at night thinking if Malak, my guardian lip liner angel, hadn’t been there my lips would be looking nonexistent like my ass. Thank you again malak ❤️

I’m really glad I came to this store. Excelent service, Victor was great, he was super nice, kind and very helpful with all my requests.. Really thankful with victor, also everyone was kind and respectful. 100% recommended, next time ask for victor.
