I have taken my taxes here for about 4yrs, I thought they were doing a great job I recommend them to friends and family until I got audited by Virginia and the IRS. I later found out they forgot to include a w2 in my taxes and put a lot of travel miles on my vehicles which caused Virginia to look into my taxes. . In the end all this ended up costing me over $3k not to mention the stress of being audited. I would avoid this place.
