Rude customer service. I hadn’t been in before and asked if there were more boxes to pick from, guy working the desk goes “there’s a list right in front of you” and instead of asking which one he could grab for me just completely ignores me and in my face, because I’m still standing in front of him, yells “can I help you sir” moving on to the next guy so then I have to just awkwardly stand to the side even though I knew what size I needed immediately. Just an uncomfortable atmosphere and unhelpful employees.

I have had to do all sorts of returns as this location over the years and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Recently, I was trying to return a huge table and they helped me get it out of my car and into the store. Then when it turned out the shipping cost would be more than I paid for the table, they helped me put it right back in. It was scorching hot outside too. I really appreciate their service and help!

2 stars for not being AS scuzzy as the UPS store on Liberia. This store charges only $3 instead of $5 to print UPS prepaid labels.
