You have to wait in the regular cashier line to return your packages. Then I was told they couldn’t take my packages, despite the website telling me they could. I went to a UPS store in Gainesville and they said the Access Point should have taken the packages. I’m not sure what the deal was, but it was a waste of time. I’d suggest just avoiding this place and going to a different location instead.

Pete at the front register is an A-Hole. I went the drop off a UPS package and because it wasn’t taped they wouldn’t take it. The package was completely put together except for taping on the UPS label. Very poor customer service and I’d avoid Pete at all costs.

So if you look at the entrance of Michaels, you can see an itty bitty little sign that says UPS access point. Easy to miss if you are driving by. Just go inside and the cashier can take care of you.
