If you like paying $5 for a shipping label to be printed, go here. They are a franchise and I guess that means they like to charge what others do for free. It's not like the label isn't required to use the service.
TLDR: This location sucks... .

Never go this place for any notary needs. The notary person was charging per page instead of per notarial act/ document. She didn’t fill up the section where a notary usually puts the date and place… i had to tell her. Very poor knowledge of notarial service. Never again. How she got her notarial license is beyond me. Only reason I went here was because the notary in my bank ( which is free) was not there and I had to get a document notarized asap.

Stay away from this UPS, i mailed a package on 4/7 they told me they did not have a driver until Wednesday. Then they told me the package was supposed to be delivered on the 4/11 the recepient just called me and said the UPS truck pass by the house and didn’t delivered the package.
Its so unprofessional and inefficient

My favorite UPS Store location—easy and convenient for my Amazon returns. Staff is always friendly and service is fast. It can get busy at times with a line backup but the employees are always working to serve everyone as quickly and efficiently as possible. Mr. Jang does a great job. Carson is my favorite employee—very professional, kind and patient.

The two young gentlemen are so helpful. They have the best manners and the patience of dealing with not that savvy people is phenomenal. I love this ups because of these young men.

Would have loved to give this place a better review, but there were multiple factors that led to a lower review. 1. The employees spent a lot of time socializing with each other. 2. It took 3-4 attempts to complete my request (faxing a 10-page document) because their equipment is dated, or perhaps user error. 3. There is absolutely no where in the store that lists the cost of faxing paperwork which to my surprise was $20 ($2/page) and neither did either of the cashiers mention it. I don’t know if it’s been a while since I’ve faxed a document, but that was truly wild to me. I have never had to pay so much for a fax. However, what I do think is a positive factor of this experience is that the first cashier (tall, slender, young man with short hair) was making an attempt to be present and provide good customer service despite his colleague talking to him about personal things while he was servicing customers. Kudos to him for attempting to model good, attentive customer service!
