Today I went to send a box in the usps of Manassas I was attended by a lady with skinny brunette lenses I don't know how her day had been today but she was in very bad taste she tried to kicks she threw my box to the floor twice without knowing what it contained she didn't like me to ask her questions about my shipment I don't think she has people like that attending the lady responded with rudeness and made fun of where the box was going

Denice is the rudest and the most unprofessional employee at this location. Dont understand how she has managed to keep that job. This is the 4th time i have had to deal with her(not by choice) and every time have had to get in back of the line and talk to someone else. God forbid you ask her a question she will start screamin at customers and next min shes talking about what she ate and what she did on her day off bla bla bla. Avoid if u can!

The staff working here are extremely rude and unprofessional. Many of them seem to have been here a long time, but unfortunately, that hasn’t translated into good customer service.

You need to renovate and make it bigger, we got bunch of people waiting in long line just for one disk, mostly they saying internet is down so we have to go ATM to get cash. It sucks

The worst customer service for passport applications.
We arrived with all our paperwork filled out, and then suddenly she asked for more documentation that isn’t even on the list. She told me to wait outside her office with my 5-month-old son just because she didn’t want to get sick , when we are not even sick . If she works in customer service, she should allow people to enter her office, especially when we are carrying kids.
While she was sitting there texting, she made us wait outside her office until she felt comfortable to come out, check my documents, and then told me to come back at 1:50 PM, even though my appointment was at 10:30 AM, and I arrived early. We can’t afford to waste time going back and forth just whenever she feels like it. Suck a wasted of time ..
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

Dumb enough to visit. 🤡
Here’s why: Very slow and unprofessional when there’s over ten people waiting for mailing but only one stuff working on that; ask me to pay for sticker for the label while this is in the policy of providing for customers for free!!!

I'm not quite sure why it's impossible to talk to a real person about a real problem. Their AI system has not resolved my issue and short of going directly to the facility, I don't see any hope in getting a good answer

All the bad reviews are not due to the workers in the post office! It’s usually mail delivery issue's because I have had them. Back to back in fact. these amazing folks here working in the post office did everything they could do to get my packages even though it was never their fault! Bravo !!

Not enough time . The employee name Greece. Her service did not meet customer expectations. They should add a least 20 or 25 minutes for service and add more $ for the service I know the the 15 service cost $35 I don t mind paying more so I’m not in a rush.
