They service a small community and know just about everyone - friendly and quick considering they only have two service desks. Elsa and the other lady (sorry I keep forgetting her name) are always doing their best to provide the best customer support. BTW, the close up for one hour between 2 - 3 PM daily for their lunch I believe.

Janet and Elsa are the sweetest women. As a local business owner who frequents this post office often, they handle my client stationery with care, are personable, reliable, and kind. They make our Old Town post office a staple!

Excellent service every time from USPS staff, and a very convenient location for historic Manassas!

The staff here is rude and they are never open on time. If you post hours, you should adhere to them.

They have no supplies so if you need an envelope or box try a different location

An easy walk from work with quick and friendly service. Recommend going around 10 am - I have not had to wait very long to get everything done.

So . . . so, slow. Have tried to come here several times to save driving the extra miles to the Sudley Road location. No more. Always out of supplies. Always a long line moving . . . very . . . slowly. No self-service machine. I've witnessed people in line start to melt down as they watched the polite but painfully unhurried service of each customer. Ship a package? 5 minutes. Buy some stamps? 2 minutes. Groan.

I went there at 430pm and they were closed. The sign said they close at 5. There was one other lady in there knocking on the door seeing what was happening because she had packages that needed going out. Waited a couple minutes and there was no one ??♂️ this is the second time I’ve come during work hours and it’s been closed. Also they close for an hour during the day too because everyone takes lunch at the exact same time??
Edit: I’m here at 845 the next day for the same package and they are not open at 830 like the times say on the door ? this place is ridiculous. Customer service might be alright but hours of operating are whatever they choose for the day

They have to write the USPS name with bright color. It is not visible.

Take the extra time and go to the one on Sudley, it's worth it to avoid the terrible customer service.
