Mail lady not only put the package in the wrong building but refused to go look for it until 2 weeks after. I've had to call repeatedly to get updates and was told every time that the carrier was going out to get the package and bring it to the correct address. They refused to tell mew where it was sent and now after 2 weeks it's lost and they are of no help with filling for the lost package having already lost my initial paperwork. They record nothing in their systems so unless you talk to the same person whoever helps you will say that they can't do anything and will try and restart the entire process.

This post office is very sketch and I am having it investigated. I've had multiple packages falsely notated with comments including failed delivery, attempted delivery, returned to sender because addressee unknown. I've been home during all alleged delivery attempts and there have been 0 issues with addressee name on the label.It's disgusting that USPS does this with people's packages. You have ONE JOB. Also beware, the people who work here are extremely rude and unprofessional.

Useless. Basically for pickup and drop off, which you have done 90% of the work for anyway. No retail services or window, no place to get postage, does not state this anywhere on this listing. Unless you are specifically directed here this probably does not provide the service you are looking for.

Outstanding customer service.I cannot speak for the the delivery personnel but...The gentleman who helped me out today Mr. Delia provided me with excellent customer service over the phone. He took swift action to locate my package and prepare it for me to pick up in the afternoon. He answered everything I asked of him with professionalism and respect.My package was sent to me with “signature required.” Unfortunately, I missed two attempts for delivery and was very concerned that my item would be returned to sender.SUPERVISOR MICHAEL DELIA was an awesome help today and i’m very thankful that he picked up the phone when I went through a short automated system.Thank you, Mr. Delia. ??

In all my 51 years.I have never been told from the Postal Service that they cannot and will not deliver a package to me.37.5lb 4' x 3' glass board is apparently a package that is not able to be delivered from this particular branch of the USPS. What is really a sad chapter in this disappointment and failure on this dept is that this is a reflection of a sound institution that in its entirety try to do a good job, its just sad that this is not the value that this particular location take into account and practice. The supervisor Martin or Marvin told me to come and pick it up. Amazon should stop sending them business at least in this particular location. I was also surprised to see that they wrote on the ticket that I wanted to pick it up, and so I called and contacted them on that matter and I under no circumstances told them that I was going to pick it up, I asked Marvin/Martin to whom would write this out and his reply was the carrier did. I have a business in this particular area, and Now I am really disappointed that this is the type of service that I will be getting from this location. At least I know one thing when it comes to deliveries and mail out of this location is that I know what not to expect and that is good service with integrity and honesty. They lied about two things on this delivery, one is the package will not fit in the mailbox and for that reason they could not deliver it. and the second is that I requested to pick the package up. Manassas Postal service on Euclid Ave really needs to be examined by the post master general on the type of service the residence and businesses are getting in this area.

(2*/5) 2022.09.24, twiddling on my phone at 11:20. I hear the driver stop and deliver things outside my window for a bit before they drive off, probably for some nearby houses. I check my informed delivery to find that there was a package delivered to my "front door/porch" at 11:25. I check the door at 11:28, nothing. I check the mailbox, some irrelevant marketing/spam, but no package of any kind made it onto the property. The houses on my street are separated quite far apart and the numbers are displayed in massive font at each doorstep. None of the houses around my immediate vicinity have the package. Quite a few of my packages come from overseas and I would very much like to receive them as they've been in transit for very long times. I guess I'll have to start recording my driver whenever they swing by. Apologies if that makes them uncomfortable.(3*/5) Never really had an issue for like 15 years until the driver for today, 2022.07.16, delivered packages for myself and my neighbor's to the wrong addresses. Unsure if that driver actually came from this location, but it's the closest warehouse. We still don't know where our stuff ended up.Also, partially my fault, but this google page listed them as closed on Saturdays so I didn't come to pick up a different package I had missed the day before; however, the missed delivery notice form said they were in fact open on Saturdays 8:30 to 12:00. I've submitted my edit suggestion accordingly!

How are you going to leave a “we missed you slip” but not knock or ring the door?I literally had someone home for my package. Then I had to go to the facility to pick up and guess what? Rang the bell.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location, but in the last three weeks I’ve had four packages delivered to the wrong address, with only one of them being recovered.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Of late, every single package sent thru USPS goes "missing." Especially expensive electronics. If you want mail go get to me, use FedEx or UPS. Otherwise, it may be "undelivered."Our local delivery person is the best. I just don't think it's getting to her.

No clue why the rating is so low for this place? Had a package get lost in the mail due to my own mistake, and they were super helpful in getting it back to me. Both people I talked to there were super nice and I got my package back very quickly.

I'm tired of all these negative reviews (most of which are probably made up) ... that office has been our carriers home office for over 30 years and all the carriers we've had have usually done a good job. I can probably count on one hand the problems we've had and most of those were at times that I know our regular carrier was out and an inexperienced sub was at fault. Please give these people a break, if you knew how much mail is involved you would be overwhelmed!

This is not a retail post office. Just a postal distribution office. Please look for the other post offices in the area.
