I've always dropped off packages at this location without any issues, but this time, the lady refused to accept them. She claimed one was overweight, which it wasn't, and refused to print the label for the other.

This is not a full-service post office. It's a contract location operated by the Ace Hardware employees. Good for mailing out packages but not a place for passports or other postal services (like money orders).

Lady working in this post office should get bonus. She’s so helpful to a lot of customer and including myself. She makes you feel good with service and smile.

If you're driving up it's a little confusing because the post office is inside the Ace store. I adore this post office because the staff is very helpful and any questions I have are always answered promptly and correctly. The other great thing about it is that the line is always short. Even during the holiday season you'll only wait 5-10 minutes.

These guys are great. Service is fantastic, well informed and friendly. I go out of my way to shop here instead of at huge stores like Lowe's or HD. 99% of the time these guys have what I need, they find it for me quicker, and I don't have to battle crowds or stand in lines. Shop here for all of your hardware needs.

I took a couple of locks here to be rekeyed. I didn't know that it isn't normally possible to do this if the door mechanism (and dead lock in my case) are in the locked position. A guy named Dustin showed great skill and patience while he took considerable time to pick the locks for me. Afterwards he seemed just happy to have done a good job and helped me (the customer). There was no extra charge for the difficult task of lock picking. Where else can you get this kind of customer service?

After being told by tons of people Ace hardware sells houseplants, I went to FIVE different locations to be told by every single one that they don't sell plants. These places were so full of junk I could barley walk around! The employees were all rude and idiots!

They are always so nice and super efficient! They are your local post office, it feels like a small town atmosphere. So polite and welcomes your business, ALWAYS!!! VERY FRIENDLY!

Having been a loyal customer to this business since it opened I was very upset with my interactions today. I have only recently signed up for the rewards program, which I discovered today is just a bs scam. The stipulations per coupon are rediculous. I had a coupon for $5 off a purchase of $25 or more and my total sale was $42, however when I presented the coupon it was not valid because one of my items was already discounted. Whether I had purchased this item regular price or not, the total sale still exceeded the necessary requirements for the coupon. The manager and cashier were less than understanding and basically just said no go f yourself. I will never patronize this franchise ever again.

We just moved to the area and are at the very beginning of extensive home improvement projects. We purchased a grill for $600 as our kitchen will be out of commission for 6-8 weeks. The salesman told us told the military discount did not apply to the grill, only on the accessories. Fair enough, however when we got to the register, we were informed the military discount was only good on Wednesdays. (FYI: military do not serve and protect only on Wednesdays.) The cashier offered us "points." As we had never been in to that store, we didn't know what they were. She never tried to explain and just rang up the order. Lowe and behold, there is a big box store down the street that offers military discounts every day! Within 4 hours after leaving this store, we purchased 3 toilets, 3 toilet seats, (and plumbing stuff) 24 door handles, 72 hinges, 4 gallons of paint (plus tarps, brushes and rollers). A lawnmower, bathroom fixtures, shop vac, and TV mounting hardware are all next on our list. Keep your points. I don't know what they are anyway. Driving a few extra minutes is no big deal after 30 years of military service. Thank you for YOUR service, now I know where not to go.

I needed an elusive and rare screw to put a bed back together that I purchased more than a decade ago. I could not find the screw at Home Depot or Lowes, but Richard at ACE worked magic with his hack saw and other grinders and mission was accomplished! Unbelievable friendly and competent customer service going the EXTRA mile!!! Buy local and whatever you do GO TO ACE on Dumfries Rd. They are amazing!!
