Today I’ve been to two different Verizon wireless locations:8410 Sudley rd (Manassas)10042 market cir (Manassas)I was trying to get an upgrade on my phone and in both locations employees could not help me out. At the first location,sudley rd, the employee could not tell me why it’s not letting him upgrade my phone and just said “I don’t know what’s going on with your account”. This is after I had been there 5 days prior for the same reason.I then left to drive to the second location. They called customer service and had me speak to a representative where I was told I would be able to get the upgrade within 15 min- 1hr. I waited the entire hour until it was 7pm. The employee told me she was unable to go through the request and that they don’t do upgrades past 7pm when they close at 8pm. I then left and called by phone the 14385 newbrook dr suite 300 (Chantilly) location and they did not have any openings/appts available because it was close to closing time. I have been on the road since 530pm today and this whole experience was a complete waste of my time and now will have to travel to the airport with a phone that does not charge when I have an upgrade available. It looked to me that they either don’t know what they are doing or are lazy and don’t want to go through the process.Train your employees better! Or have management earning their pay

Horrible service I tried to call and they didn’t pick up for 30 MINUTES and when I picked up they hanged up on me then I waited another 20 MINUTES I recommend for everyone to switch to a company with better customer service and communication

Verizon was great. I went there to find out about the PS5 deal. However none available @ the moment. Valerie was excellent the store manager she called around looking for 1. However unsuccessful,but I appreciate the extra mile service. On the waitlist so this will make my boys super happy.

Rude and lazy.Was not welcomed into the store but got rolling eyes. Then blew me off with the troubleshooting issue I had with my phone probably since I wasn’t buying anything. Not knowing I would’ve upgraded to new phone had they offered to work with me.One of them I think named Melody or Melanie. All the other associates were busy besides these 2 and they offered quite literally no help. They sent me to the Apple Store for my questions then when Apple said my diagnostic was fine they sent me back to Verizon. I didn’t even bother going back. Judging by the other low reviews I’m not surprised it’s in Manassas. It’s the only location I’ve ever felt uncomfortable in.*Some of the other associates seemed ok but this is not the first time I haven’t felt welcomed at this location.*

Employees should not be talking about their personal issues or relationships when they are people in the store. Bad customer service!!! I don't think I needed to hear how her mom would not babysit today!

This is one of their Corporate stores. The staff in there are SUPER ?. They know their stuff & are genuinely happy to help you. It's pretty busy but worth it.

Today I went with my husband to the store in Sudley Road in Manassas to get assistance on technical issues with my iPhone. While we were waiting my husband asked a representative if they have alcohol wipes to clean the screen as he saw him cleaning another customer phone.The representative reacted very RUDE and NASTY and kicked my husband out of the store, claiming it was his store. I didn’t say anything as I was still waiting for my phone. The representative that was taking care of my case was SUPERB.I remained calm until the RUDE representative who claimed to be the store manager and didn’t want to provide his name gave me an UNNECESSARY NASTY look. I had to speak up in a very polite and calm way that his attitude was out of line and he started to raised his voice at me. I asked him not to raised his voice as I was talking to him calmly. Then he repeated that I was at his store and that my husband was rude. I said to the representative that my husband just asked a simple question. On the other hand him as the claimed STORE manager could have said “sorry we don’t carry those at the store or give me a moment as I’m helping another customer” but he didn’t. He raised his voice and was a TOTAL RUDE!I feel sorry for Verizon to have a store managers like him, that does a poor branding for the company. Customer service requires patience, good attitude and composure. I felt threatened, distressed and I am on my first trimester of pregnancy. At some point I felt for a second that he would try to kick me out as well.My suggestion is for that person to attend ANGER MANAGEMENT class.

I have never dealt with the rudest Manager at the Verizon in Sudley rd in Manassas. Va. in my life. He was cleaning a customer's phone screen and I asked for an alcohol wipe so that i could clean my phone. He responded by saying "no". He went to back of store, came back and said "was i talking to you?" I said "no" followed by him saying "alright then." I pointed to a sign that said "ask us about our white glove service." I asked to speak to Manager, and he said he was the Manager. I asked for a business card and he said he didn't have one. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. With that being said, i didn't get his name..but he was a large African American man. Then said "this is my store, get out of here." I rarely write these reviews but I feel bad for the store. After his rudeness other customers were shocked and decided to leave. I don't know how he even got the job, let alone a Manager. He doesn't need to be fired but he needs to take managing classes and should take anger mgmt classes. I did record his rudeness after he initially raised his voice. Im tempted to post the video but its not the right thing to do. This location is in manassas, va on Sudley Rd.
