Worst experience ever. Just one person working and helping multiple customers. I waited almost 2h to just get a SIM card replacement. One of the most expensive providers and they don’t even care about the customers. Unbelievable.

I had ordered an iPhone, and they called me on the phone saying I could pick it up until 4 PM. I replied, 'Okay, I'll come before 4.' I arrived at Verizon, which was a 17-minute distance, at 3:50 PM. You can check your cameras if you want, the door was locked, and no one was inside. Despite making an appointment, you closed up and left early, even though you said you'd be open until 7 PM on Google Maps. I'm also a business owner, and I believe you should take your customers seriously.

I called to see if this store was open, they answered and said yes. When I arrived at 640pm they were closed! Front door locked and no one there. I needed to pay my bill in person. I am very annoyed totaling unprofessional!

I came in to the store with multiple needs and pretty disorganized on a holiday weekend. From the outset Chris Berry was pleasant and had a positive, can-do attitude. I needed a new phone, to port from an older phone, and to order internet service for a new home. Chris was efficient, helpful, and used strong problem solving skills. Overall, I would definitely come back to this retail location and would send friends there as well. Thank you, Chris!

First time went into the store, it takes multiple reps to get answers for questions. I was not ready to sign up for the service.Today, when I'm ready to signup showed up to the store during lunch. It took rep couple minutes to load the Verizon webpage, tell me the plans options which I can find online myself. I asked a few questions (basic questions BYOD, fee, discount), had no idea of the answers. The rep search on Google for the answer. At one point, i had to tell him where to find the plan I was interested in. My patience and voice may sound frustrated, the rep gave me *611 number to call for further questions. Knowing I'm not a customer of Verizon, the rep gave me # that only work for Verizon phone.What a wasted of time!

Worse customer service ever, if you are opening a store you should put there someone who knows how to do his job not someone who does 10 minute job in 3 hours and could not even do that properly. They took my money but didn’t give me my service, and when i asked for my refund he was just rude and keep saying ‘i dont know so i can not help, it is your problem.’ The sales person name is, Christopher B.

Service rude and could care less. Charged $35 connection fee for jet pack and when I got home it said didnt have account. Had to go back and then they told it was a Verizon issue. Stay away from this store

This is my first visit to this Verizon location and my husband and I had a fantastic experience with Keylin. She represented the brand very well. Super personable and we had a fun time hanging out with her during the awkward process of waiting for the new phone to transfer data. That's a long time to hang with a stranger and it was a great experience ?. She mentioned only having been there 3 months and I couldn't tell. Everything went very smoothly

Toni, was very helpful and provided all the answers we needed. We left with 2 fully functional phones with all data intact. Supper friendly and professional especially for a young person stuck working a Friday Night.
