The changes that Walgreens have made in their prescription services are the worst ever! Literally waiting 3-4 days! I have learned that they are sending prescriptions out to their local warehouse to fill them by robots and the delivery them back to the store. Insurance companies will not pay until the exact date, so you are always OFF your meds at least 3 days until they get them in. Unacceptable! A family member had to be off heart meds until they came back from warehouse! I hear CVS calling!

The drive through took over an hour for 4 cars infront of me. This is crazy amount of time this is half an hour per customer. And most of the time they can’t find the prescription by your information this is the most of the time lost. Super disorganized for the last 5 months. It’s getting out of hand at this point.

I am in process of switching pharmacies. I decided to try Walgreens because it has a drive-thru and it's close to my house. I went today to pick up my daughter's prescription and I had a couple of questions for the pharmacist. She answered my questions thoroughly and even found me discounts on the prescriptions. I was really pleased with the interaction I had with their staff.

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Barra! I was looking for a specific item and couldn’t find it anywhere. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, she went above and beyond by searching through all the Walgreens stores to help me track it down. She was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure I left satisfied. It’s rare to find that level of dedication and customer service these days. Thank you, Barra, for turning what could have been a frustrating situation into such a positive experience—you really made my day!

I really want to give this pharmacy one star, but I understand how busy pharmacies are. That said, my experience has been consistently inconsistent with prescription refills. I regularly call more than 24 hours in advance, only to be told there’s a supply issue or that my prescription isn’t ready. On multiple occasions a pharmacist has confirmed a pickup time, yet when I arrive my name is still on a timer and the prescription isn’t available then I’m told it will be another 2–3 hours.
I believe the team cares, but these repeated delays and mixed messages have been frustrating and disruptive. Clearer communication, better inventory forecasting, and honoring confirmed ready times (or proactively notifying customers when delays arise) would make a big difference.

Worst customer service ever, with wait times that feel like a lifetime. If you enjoy wasting your day, this is your place. Otherwise, go to another store. You’re welcome.

The pharmacy staff work hard to provide customer service on the phone, drive through an in-person all at the same time and with kindness.

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The DEI hire went out of her way to re-scan a whole shelf of bags before remembering I'm still in front of her, now with a line behind me. Then, she tells you to wait another 30 minutes. AFTER FOUR HOURS for generic antibiotics??? Also, why is she wearing a mask, only to grab it down to talk? I don't care if you do or don't wear one, but don't transfer your viruses from the nasty mask over all the meds.
The Walgreens on 9271 Sudley ROAD is much better and had them ready in <24 minutes. Do not give this location your money or prescriptions as clearly they have way too much going on already and will treat you like trash because they're taking your business for granted. Many other reviewers had the exact same problem. Move your prescriptions after they're ready - they'll have fun re-scanning them and putting the pills back, and corporate has to pay for more bags, labels, and hopefully TRAINED employees.

They literally don't fill your prescription until you come to get it, and have to wait 30 mins. Every time you come here you end up having to come twice. Such a waste of time. And they never know what you need even when given all your info, you have to know the exact medication name.

JULY at the pharmacy was the WORST SERVICE and really UNPROFESSIONAL, we were waiting about 40 minutes because we were getting vaccines, waiting for 40 min when I go there to ask how long is it going to take, she started yelling and saying that I was rushing her and that I should go back to sit
Ive been given vaccines at other walgreens and this is the faaaar THE WORST ONE
Then when I said that I was going to make a complain she apologized and then said that even if I do she had a reason
Unbelievable customer service and one of the worst ones I have ever seen

Went to the pharmacy to pick my prescriptions, Rachel was so professional and quick to fill up my order even though it was sent to another location. She always has a smile on her face and didn't mind trying out some discount coupons applicable for my order.

I have been very pleased with this pharmacy. They have been easy to work with. My prescriptions have been filled quickly, and with a minimum of drama. The pharmacist have all been polite, which you would think would go without saying but it wasn't the case at the pharmacy I came from so I consider this a plus here. The notification system has even been easy to manage. There has been only one thing that I found disturbing: I came to pick up my medicine several weeks ago and found a notice on the drive-thru window that said the pharmacy was closed. The instructions directed everyone to go to a pharmacy across town. My medicine cannot be picked up at another pharmacy, and I needed it. I understand that things happen, and sometimes they are unexpected. However, the pharmacy closed for several days, not just one. I think in this case maybe an alternative idea would have been getting a pharmacist from another pharmacy and bringing them to this location??? Depriving people of their prescriptions for days does not seem to be the best solution....

I got a text message saying that my medicine was ready for pick up. I went to get it the next morning and this pharmacy was closed. No warning or notice. I needed the drug to keep my heart beating properly. I was referred to a different Walgreens across town. When I got there I was told their system was down and to come back later.??????Don't do business with Walgreens if you need reliable service.

John at the pharmacy is always so professional. Always has a smile on his face and ready to help. I enjoy coming to this pharmacy because of his service!
