This store always have items that I need I use to get my medications here but my insurance athem said that I have to use CVS what a joke never ever has a problem with walgreen CVS you might get you medications in few days We pay for our insurance we should be able to pick where we get our medications from

I was waiting 8 hours for my pain medication, when I finally called them to check why it takes so long I was told it will be ready next day, started arguing and my medication was ready in next 20 min, when I arrived to pick it up and asked them why patients have to wait 8 hrs for their medication the response was “I don’t know” with the smile on his face,

I went in today Sunday the 5th of September, I was waiting in line and there was another person in front of me. The skinny white lady with red hair I’m not sure of the hair color,assisted the lady who was Hispanic and I was next behind the lady. The cashier the skinny white lady looked at me and walked away and went to restock and she was looking at me from a distance. Until the Hispanic young cashier boy said he needed help that was only because there were none black folks behind me that’s when she went to her register and said the next person in-line which was me with an attitude straight up disrespectful and racist towards me with her attitude and body language said it all that she doesn’t like black people because the way she completely ignored me the whole time. Store manager or corporate please don’t hire close minded racist people in your store it’s not good for your business. This is retail you dealing with all types of backgrounds and if your employees are racist it doesn’t do any good for your business. I could’ve gone elsewhere to spend my money where i I am welcome as a human being not an object because that’s what most racist folks see us black peoples as aliens not human beings which is far from the truth. I will never go to that walgreens again because of the way I was treated and disrespected because of my color by that white lady.If I could give it zero star I would if there was an option for that.Because I was completely discriminated against and disrespected when I was spending my money in the store.

I’ve worked in retail pharmacy, and I know things can get tough with so many tasks and barely enough staff to help complete anything. Unfortunately this is a customer service job, and the pharmacy staff has none. A little kindness can go a long way when you’re strained.Kudos to the pharmacist I dealt with recently who was too scared to give her name because she knew she done wrong. She spent all that time and money on pharmacy school just to be miserable and not care about their patient’s health. To anyone thinking about using this pharmacy: DON’T. You’re better off using a pharmacy that pays their workers better, which in turn means less attitude. Try Walmart or Costco pharmacy.

Worst Pharmacy. I was on hold for an hour the automatic system would repeat every five minutes that there was one person ahead of me yet I was on hold for an hour.. I’ve try to get a hold of them for the past two days.

I was on a wing and a prayer trying to get a certain prescription filled since I am dealing with a rare eye issue. I transferred my prescription and Roza was able to help me resolve the issue the same day. I am so very grateful as I have been dealing with my eye for 5mths and also the prescription and insurance for 2 weeks. Thank you Roza again for being an angel in disguise for me.

My wife and I are finally almost done changing prescriptions over to Walmart from here. We've tried desperately to get employees at the pharmacy to answer the phone for months now, have never gotten through once. Everyone in the pharmacy seems friendly enough when you go in, but our prescriptions are never ready on time. They also don't update their online system accurately. So good luck finding out if your prescriptions are ready at this location without getting in your car and driving there.

Rachel at the pharmacy is awesome! I had some trouble with my insurance, and she got it all fixed so quickly. She really made picking up the prescriptions so easy, and I really appreciated her help while I wasn’t feeling great.

I'm sorely disappointed in the pharmacy at this Walgreens in Manassas. I went for my 5:20 pm appointment to get a Covid booster and they had a line so I had to wait for about 10 mins after a guy cut in front of me. That's not their fault. So I asked the girl/woman at the pharmacy check out how long it would be to wait and that I could not finish the paperwork on line. She said she checked me in and the pharmacist would give me the paperwork to sign. I waited and waited and people came in for various things including vaccinations. So after the last couple that was there before me went I thought I was next. Apparently I was wrong. Another gentleman who got there after me was called. Then I was finally called to fill out the paperwork after 1 hour and I asked about the wait and making sure I was checked in as I had been there for 1 hour. So I quickly filled it out and went to sit down again. I was sure I was next. So I saw the pharmacist come out and I got up. Nope I was not next. I said out loud. You ve got to be kidding me. I'm not next? I've been here for over an hour and I'm done. I told other customers this is a terrible Walgreens and good luck if you are getting a shot. I left without getting my shot in a Walgreens where people are coughing and sick and I did not get my booster. Hoping I don't get sick now either since I had to wait for nothing. If you need a vaccine don't go here.

I've been at the drive thru line for 50 min and counting. They have allowed 1 car to hold up a line, instead of making them come in to resolve their problem.Came back again to the pharmacy drive thru on 10/27 and it was the same situation. They allowed 1 car to hold up a line, and multiple cars got tired of waiting and left.

They don't have anyone to help on the phone in the pharmacy. You have to physically go to the store to get help ?♀️ You are a drug store. I should be able to talk to someone over the phone. CVS has just as many customers if not more and they manage to help customers on the phone. Do better Walgreens!

This is the fourth time that I have received horrible service from your staff. I said hello, no response, the cashier had earbuds in and never made eye contact the entire time. He was busy sorta dancing. I said thank you as he handed me the receipt which he had crumpled some as he handed it to me. He then turned and walked away. No thank you, still no eye contact, just walked away. Sunday, 10/16/22, 11:40 AM, young male. Same cashier as previous visits. You wonder why your store is always empty? I'll go to Wellington store from now on - it's further but the service is professional.
