If your controlled medication get sent to this pharmacy they will make sure you have to wait at least 2-3 days! For those of you on controlled medication, you know how critical the last couple days of your prescription can be!

This place is never properly staffed. Irritating to get the help you need. Oh, and the guy that’s in there in the evenings is ALWAYS on the phone on his Bluetooth earpiece.

Unfortunately, Walgreens coupons didn’t make a lot of sense. I don’t understand why they have a reward system and that when you pick up a product that is supposedly on sale that when you go to the register, it is on sale. No instead you have to go onto their app or their website and put in the item in ordinary to get the item on sale. I don’t get that. I had to return three items because The products weren’t priced like Walgreens said they were. Plus, the customer service was just horrible. The shift Lead Mohammad was just inconsiderate. He wouldn’t even apologize for his actions. Usually, I have a wonderful time at this particular store, but for The shift lead made it a horrible experience. All he had to do was say sorry he wouldn’t even do that.

They’re not unkind, but my prescription is never ready. Stopped in twice last night and again this afternoon. Still had to wait twenty minutes.

I always have a great experience shopping at Walgreens. The process is smooth and convenient, making shopping easier than ever. Plus, this Walgreens consistently has the friendliest and most helpful employees.

The service could definitely be improved. The drive-thru line moves slowly, and the intercom system makes it hard to communicate clearly. It might be helpful to provide additional training for the staff and consider updating the equipment to create a smoother experience.

Ayesha and Abby at the pharmacy provided me with exceptional service. I had a confusing issue with my prescription and they broke it down for us, for it make sense. They were extremely patient and prompt. I will always want to go back to them because of how helpful and knowledgeable they are. Thank you so much.

#1 Everytime I use the app it tells me to call the pharmacy. Not a big deal unless your trying to call this pharmacy.
#2 Call Pharmacy, they pick up then put you on hold without saying a word.....They do that till the automated message disconnects you.
#3 after wasting about an hour typically you might get somebody on the phone.
4# Nobody ever knows why I needed to call. They just tell me my pickup will be ready an an hour...... problem is that is usually well after the scheduled pick up time.
This isn't just once in awhile. It happens all the time.
Is Walgreens system to blame? Or the actual Pharmacy? Not sure....But I do know everything was buttery smooth before I moved to this area and started using this location.
Everytime I need a refill I assume they will waste an hour of my time. Still be late with my prescription. In general they just never seem to have their **** together and customer service...(if you can actually talk to somebody) is some of the worst I've ever encountered in the Walgreens network. Infact it's some of the worst I've ever encountered anywhere.

One would hope this location's management team would be checking reviews. Something has happened at this pharmacy within the past few months and what was a great pharmacy has turned into a bucket of crap. It takes three (or more) visits to find the one person who knows what they're doing to get my prescription filled. How can you justify putting untrained staff behind the cash register at your pharmacy? Their mistakes cost people a lot of money. There are lots of competitors nearby. Changing pharmacies today is super easy.

This pharmacy is awful. Communication is non-existent. Customer service is terrible. And you'd think an appointment you arrived 15 minutes early for would be a breeze. NOPE. Avoid this place and go nextdoor.
