This is possibly the worst Walmart in all of existence. The employees do not know Walmart policies. The customers are creepy. You will be approached in the store and at your car, so be prepared for that. And don't bother trying to call this location either because no one will answer the phone in any department.

My recent visit to the Walmart at Manassas Mall (Virginia) was a relatively routine experience -- until I reached the self-checkout area. A store employee named Hum came up to me as I completed my purchase using the touch screen. He said, "When you get receipt, you click five-star." When the screen displayed the prompt "How was your experience today?" he actually reached in front of me and clicked the five-star rating and said, "You see, like this" -- as if I were some sort of illiterate dolt. This employee's action was rude and insulting, not to mention dishonest. How many customers a day have their satisfaction rating hijacked by this cheat? As I drove home, I called the Walmart store to report the incident. When I chose "Store Operator" on the menu, it rang endlessly with no answer.Walmart may have low prices, but it gets a great big ZERO for customer service.

Too crowded past couple years. Not fair if you just want a couple things. Hardly any full service checkout aisles. Mostly self serve checkout with lines stretching so far that they block people from shopping in regular areas of the store.

Not 24 hours. They close at 11pm. Very poor customer service, employees are hard to find and even harder when you do find them to get them to help you. Hardly any cashiers but they do have plenty of people at the exit to quadruple check that you haven't stolen anything. Doesn't matter wether you paid in self checkout or you had a cashier. Be prepared for the triple check for theft! If I could rate a zeroI would!

Warning, rip-off alert. The system tried to charge us 9.99 for a box of strawberries. How many people didn't notice? Walmart is going to be slow to correct that but very quick to accuse shoppers of theft. Who's stealing from whom!

This is our go to Walmart for shopping. We get our groceries all the time from here. But I do believe the vegetables and fruit aren't the best quality. We love the bakery department and always order our birthday cakes and the deli for our 12 ft subs!

A lot of the employees do not know what manufacturer coupons are and how to redeem them. makes sense when half the employees are 60+ years old. Training needs to be provided to them daily

Could you please put a price on all orchids? Some of them are out of planter with no price tag, some of them are half-dead. After waiting in line at your garden center, the cashier said that he cannot help me and sent me to customer service. Appantly, his manager doesn't work on weekends, and supervisor is out until next week. I did not have time to stand in another line, and left the store without the purchase.

Oh my heavens everyone in this store is so rude! From the moment I walked in the door every employee was rude to me! Like I was the plague walking in! One lady kept calling me sir repeatedly, I know I'm tall and everything but after you check me out at the register and see me pull my wallet out of my purse, look me in the eyes, then keep calling me sir? If you don't know the difference between sir and ma'am I recommend not using either. The only reason I give this place two stars instead of one is that it is really nice inside. Would be nice if the sinks work in the women's room and the front doors actually open without an employee having to let you in. Yea it was already during business hours, so wtf?

First, Always cashiers count for me a item for twice or thirds times, if I realize it during my shopping, they accept me but I have to stay in a long customer service line for my money, if I don't understand it in that time, I lost my money because customer service doesn't accept me. Second, I cannot find anybody to help me for cloth or cosmetics. Also most of the time I see the damage packages in shelves that workers don't care about them. During shopping in Walmart I waste my time a lot.

So, pickup and delivery are wonderful life changers for this location. Thankful to not have to do too much shopping in store these days. I would give 4 stars for that, as we rarely have issues with this service. However, half of this review is for the store itself. They do a wonderful job at making you feel like cattle, going in on one side and through the new barriers. At night time they lock the home side doors and don't leave any signs indicating so. I have a feeling that this Walmart has been victim to one too many shopliftings, as the entire system seems to treat everyone in the store like criminals. At least (the times I've gone lately anyways) they stopped doing the whole "scan the receipt then scan every large item even if it's buried" thing. Checkout lines are ridiculous all of the time these days too. Sooooo many registers, so few cashiers....
