Coffee is always fresh and staff is helpful and kind.
The food and beverage manager, I believe her name is Jennifer, is such an asset to this store. She is always on the look out for quality in what her team puts out of the kitchen and takes pride in her store! Great job team!

they NEVER have decaf at night NEVER ON multiple days during the week. I always go in at the same time purchasing the same things I just get dirty Looks from the lady bc she knows I’m going to ask for decaf coffee at night. is it that arduous To make coffee?! ? I order fries and they hold my fries hostage even after I’ve paid for my fries. I have to wait for them to finish doing everything under the roof to hand me my fries! Instead of making the fries and putting them there! This sheets is always really packed generally, I want to get my things and get out of there!

Exceptional Service at Wawa of Manassas! I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Teresa, Sandra, Jocelyn, and Sabrina at Wawa, and I must say, their service exceeded all expectations. Each time I needed assistance customizing an order, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Not only did they provide prompt and efficient service, but they also greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. People here need to be retrained, especially people that work in the kitchen in the back they give you a snobbish attitude lookI feel if I can’t ask questions why are you in customer service? Very nice and clean WaWa location from the restrooms to the well kept and organized isles, the employees at this location are very nice and always assisting customers, located right off interstate 66 so you already know it’s a very busy area, the prices are not bad at all.

Wasn't expecting much from a Wawa pizza but it was pretty darn good. I've had others from actual pizza places that don't even come close. So glad I took a chance.

I ordered steak and cheese with fries. The steak and cheese had a hair embedded in the lettuce on top. Won't order again from here.
