Apparently it wasn't just a one or two time thing; these pumps never have receipt paper. Not coming back here again. There are too many places to get gas where the establishment cares enough about the consumer. Changing from two stars to one.

Could not use the mobile pay at pump number 13 as the tap function did not work. Had to get in my car and drive to pump number 8. Filled up my tank and paid there only to find out that they were out of paper for receipts which I need for my job. Had to hike inside, on my bad knee, to get one of those. Two young guys behind the counter chit-chatting. Not pleased. You telling me one of them couldn't have been checking the paper and making sure all of the pumps were refilled?

Omg I have been a Wawa customer for many years, I make my coffee I buy my drinks and I go to different Wawa every day, I get to this Wawa I grab my coffee and I'm going to get milk and they scold me, they told me I have to order milk, they should at least put a sign because I'm not a fortune teller.

Had a pleasant experience with Ashley today. There was an issue filling my tank through the app so I moved forward to another pump, still an issue so I went inside as I didn't want the leave 2 pumps activated. She patiently helped me clear out my transactions.
Station was clean. No trash. Cashier lines were moving pretty efficiently.

The Wawa on Nokesville Road has far superior customer service. Faster, more polite, friendlier.
I know which one I'll always go to for sure. This oneade my order, I waited for a while, asked if they made it yet. They asked me my number, I told them. They said no, I waited. Next thing I know, they call an order 4 after mine. I'm confused, how'd I get skipped? I go and look, my order is sitting there. Wasn't called. No idea how long for.

Cashier ASHLY was VERY RUDE by not responding to my genuine Hello. I walked up to the counter to cash in my VA lottery scratch ticket and she didn't even greet me. So I initiated the hello and she didn't respond. So I said again "hello, how are you today?", and she reluctantly said hello. I am a frequent customer and that's uncalled for! The interaction was disappointing because if that's how Wawa is teaching customer service, they will lose customers over time. Human beings need to start treating all human beings better these days including young people!

I am deleting my wawa app. I carried my own cup into wawa a wawa cup I had bought a long time ago Needless to say, they tried to charge me twice for a cup. I already owned not a refill. I wound up walking out without my cup or my coffee. And he checked the security camera, said no. You did not walk in with it. Stay away from waiwa. You will get Accused of trying to stilling!!

Carlos the manager at this location is extremely rude and highly judgmental to whom may visit this location. I came in one day with gym shorts and a tee shirt.. his customer service that day I was treated like I was homeless purchasing my items. Disgust and filled with hatred towards a Latino. I dealt with him another day while dressed in a suit for work.. he looked at me up and down and served me with disgust. A white man with a similar out fit of mine approaches him and Carlos greeted him with open hands. It’s safe to say the manager of this location is racist and cares about himself over Wawa’s basic customer service experiences. I will follow proper headquarter complaint. Do not bother with this gas station before you get profiled for your looks and race.
