The service is real bad, the person attending the drive thru had an awful attitude, she send me my deposit back and made me to place checks in the same order that was written in the paper. The name in the receipt was KARINA

This branch is quite possibly the worst branch I have ever been in. Totally mismanaged. If you can find the branch manager that is. On two separate occasions in the past 6 months I requested to speak with him to be told that he had left for the day. At 2:30 to 3 pm? I didn't know that management was a part time position. If you need help then I would suggest another location or bank altogether.

Went a couple of days ago to cash a check giving me the whole run around just for the teller to tell me to go to the atm instead . For the amount I was getting it would make since to go to a teller. Ridiculous

I wish I could put zero stars based on how unprofessional and horrible they treat customers. Husband went to cash a check and the whole ordeal was beyond ridiculous. The tellers says that she has to call the account holder to verify a check. Never heard any other bank do this. Usually showing two forms of ID is what most banks do. But they call their customer he verifies that he gave the check but since he didn't know the check number my husband could not cash it out. She said oh well you have to wait for his wife to call back and tell us the check number In order to cash it. When my husband said that's ridiculous and very inconvenient for him and their customer she says well it be faster if you become a customer and get an account with us. My husband just laughed at her and walked out. That's ridiculous. The teller was smug not only to my husband but to their account holder as well.

BUNCH OF CROOKS. Nice clerks (but horrible banking tactics, explained bellow) there are no pens available for endorsing checks at the bank's entrance. Loaded a video. I must digress. I deposited a paycheck (my company's usual business check) for one of my employees into his Wells Fargo account, the clerk said that the check had a "doubtful collectability rank", I told the clerk that that was my business and that my business account has been around for over 20 years with SunTrust Bank, also that there is plenty of funds to cover that check, plus my employee (6 years on the job) has never had any problem with one of our checks. After they ran my check again in the scanner thing they said that "there has been an error" and that "it was ok". Wells Fargo is practicing "delayed deposit" tactics with their own customers, they collect the funds and hold them without any excuse for days. They practice this with average Joes, specially minorities. By delaying fund availability on COLLECTED DEPOSITS these crooks are making more money. My advice, close your Wells Fargo account and open it on another Bank. I recommend Capital One or SunTrust.

This branch is so ridiculous. My girlfriend cashes her checks with Wells Fargo because her boss's check comes from them. Every single time they give her grief over id requirements, insist the check isn't quite right, and/or insist on calling her boss for verification, despite my girlfriend having regular checks of roughly the same amount written to her. No other branch of Wells Fargo has given her anywhere near the same amount of trouble this branch does. The only reason we've even continued to tolerate this branch is because of the convenience to where we live, but no longer.

The tellers are so friendly and do a great job. The bankers are knowledgeable and professional but SO SLOW. Defintely do not stop by on a Saturday to do anything but deposits or a withdrawal.

I really wish I could remember my tellers name because I would absolutely praise her in this review. One of the best tellers I've encountered since I've banked with Wells Fargo. For a saturday morning, the bank was busy but all the tellers were doing a good job. They were organized and dealt with the influx well. Ample parking outside. Several ATMs outside. A good experience.
