Still hasn't come and got their tank yet. 7 months. Please come and get it an eye sore. We'll they finally came and got the tank ,over a year. Listen to th I s now ,they're are trying to charge me $414.00 dollars for coming to get their on tank, they should have got when I closed out my account. Crooked bunch.

Order gas in December, had it delivered in February. Had some bad weather that delayed initial arrival date and driver cancelled my order. Was not notified that order had been cancelled. Called to check on reason for delay and was told, then, that the driver had cancelled the order. Had to reorder for delivery and was told i could no longer get the discount i previously had. Had been waiting 6 weeks at this point for fuel and was nearly out. Had to wait another two weeks for a delivery date unless i wanted to pay several hundred dollars to expediate the delivery. When i run low on fuel this time i will be cancelling service with AmeriGas and finding a new provider.

I placed an order on Feb. 11th. My delivery has never taken more than 5 days in the past. I noted that our tank only had 15 %. Amerigas did not schedule my delivery until Feb 24-Mar.04. I called them back to let them know that we were below 10%, and Amerigas tried to assure me that I have enough gas in the tank to last until.my refill. My husband just checked-- I have 6% today Feb 20th. They really argued that I don't qualify to get refilled earlier, insisting that my tank will not run out. At first I was told that I might be able to pay $300 extra to get refilled early, then told that I don't qualify for that option.

I would never ever recommend AmeriGas to anyone. The only good thing they have for them is a very polite and attentive delivery guy. You cannot contact them, you’re on hold for hours, you get hung up on. You get transferred from person to person with no phone number to contact if you get cut off. The price per gallon delivered to my rented tank is over $1.50 more per gallon and I needed close to 400 gallons. They offered to give me a lower price but I have to pay $119 upfront basically making it the same price. if you have any sense at all, you will not use AmeriGas.

Everything went fine. Had no problems. Was respectful and because I had the dogs up didn’t try to pet just let them be.

The delivery driver was great. The automated phone system and having to talk to a customer service rep who is not in the area was terrible

As far as bringing our gas out, it was timely and very pleasant. However, when it comes to my overpayment, it has been weeks and it was not a very enjoyable experience and they put me hold over and over. I am still waiting for my refund.
