Both my trucks’ two right tires were caught by the asphalt and hanging off the ledge! I wasn’t going anywhere!! A postal worker drove by and suggested that I call Smith’s. I am glad that I did! It was an amazing experience seeing Mr. Smith and his son hooking up, and successfully getting my truck up and back on the road! And without any issues or damage to my vehicle. What a father and son duo! I was blessed.”

“Omg absolutely the best most helpful and honest person on the face of the earth. My wife and I broke down on the way to New York from Tennessee. Robert got us and took care of us like we were family. His daughter brought us to the airport to rent a car to get us home. He had my car for months and confirmed that the wiring problems were fixed prior to me picking it up. His son in law picked me up at the airport when I finally was able to get my vehicle. My fault, not his he had my truck so long. As for price, he couldn’t have been more fair. Just the way they handled the whole ordeal was so comforting and confident. I truly love these people for what they have done for me. He even offered to take me somewhere to get dinner when this first happened. I drove past the place last week returning from another trip, and I was compelled to stop just to shake his hand. Unfortunately they were closed.. but I will be by there again and you can be sure I’ll get that chance to shake that man’s hand and thank him again. Jim”

“On a recent RV trip through Virginia we experienced a blowout on I-81 on our way to Hungry Mother State Park. We visited Thompson Tire where they ordered us a set of Goodyear Wranglers and promised to install them the next day, which they did, and all for a very competitive price. They even provided us with suggestions on what sites to see in Marion while they installed the tires since they are just two blocks from the historic downtown area.
