“The Gentlemen with this company should have been wearing capes this week as they made a crazy situation SO easy, and so much better. Had a wreck “somewhere between DC and Oklahoma” on the freeway in the rain, and they showed up and not only got us off the freeway (brought two vehicles to take us) offered to bring us dinner to the hotel or pick us back up if we needed anything, and then as they unloaded the car, told me they thought it was 100% safe and drivable, (only ended up with bumper damage after all, from hitting the guardrail after a few spins) then drove me down the road in it to help me feel safer. They have a garage, and could have taken the car to the garage and charged me, and didn’t. We thought the tie rod or something was broken in the front with the way the car came to rest. They absolutely made our day in a terrible situation. We need more of this in the world! I hope you never have an emergency coming through their area, but if you do, you are in GREAT hands with the guys at Pikes Garage Towing and Recovery! Thank you guys for all you did!!
