Renee has done my taxes for almost 9 years now, she has worked here previously a couple years ago. Glad to see her finally back! She is very friendly, professional, and always explains thing throughly. 10/10 would recommend Liberty tax services!!!!

After years of satisfaction we lost our tax pro Melissa, dealt with two other agents, one being the franchise owner during the Christmas season, we no longer received any advances, our refund was greatly slashed from years past, and explanations were not clear. You get what you pay for I guess. This year I paid for nothing. Thank you liberty tax!

Very nice lady! It was a great speedy process to file. To bad everything I was told during filing, is in fact not true. I was very mislead. Dont get any loans! I also was told I'd get extra $50 for using the deep blue card. Nope, didnt happen. They claim to be the cheepest way to file. Nope, I paid $540.00 just for them to file. Also was told I'd have my return by the end of Feb. Dont see that happening. So who knows when your get your return. Im very upset and dissatisfied!
