“This has become a great pharmacy since they resolved the staffing issues they had a year or two ago. The team has always been very nice and friendly to me. In my opinion, it's by far the best big-chain pharmacy in Marion—other than Genoa, but no one knows about Genoa because it's hidden!
My only complaint is that CVS nationwide removed the ability to call the pharmacy directly. Now, if you want to speak with them, you have to leave a message and wait for a callback, which usually takes an hour or two. Fair warning: they only return calls about 80% of the time. Sometimes they forget to call but still complete your request (like refilling your meds). However, if there's a problem and they can't fill your prescription, you often won't find out unless you call again to request another callback.”

“Shout out to Gabe in the pharmacy I was in Marion for a family wedding, and realized I had forgotten to bring all my prescriptions with me. Gabe was really helpful and was able to get me an emergency supply by arranging a transfer (my scrips are through another CVS pharmacy.) Thanks again, Gabe, fir helping me out on a Saturday!”
