Roger’s Towing rescued me when my car broke down on a major highway. He was efficient, hassle free, and got my car to the dealership with no drama. After we got the car dropped off, he even dropped me off at my hotel. Can’t say enough good things and on an otherwise terrible day, my first towing experience was pretty positive.

Pat Kiyoshi was professional, friendly and very helpful. He was patient with me as I was not at my vehicle when he first got there and instead of putting me off for a later time was understanding and came back as soon as I let him know I was there. I have never had a bad experience with the company and would use them again.

We had called our roadside assistance company (AutoHero). We had been on thecsidebof the highway for 2 1/2 hours. We finally took it upon ourselves to try and find some help. We found Roger's Towing online. We told them our sob story and they said they would come help us. They said it would take 30 to 45 minutes to arrive. Well, 20 minutes later, they were here. The technician got right on the job and had us rolling 25 minutes later. This company and their employees are different. They say what they will do, and then they do it. Wow ! Remember back when this was known as customer service. This company still believes in old-fashioned business practices. Thank you, guys. You have made us realize that there is still business out there that cares about their customers. It is not only about $$$. You are our heroes.UPDATE: This business is amazing. Someone from their office called us to check on us a couple of days after the fact. Who does that anymore? Real business owners, I guess.
