I have been with this bank for many years now and I have to say this past year has been the crappiest experience ever. If the website moblie banking isn't down, the phone hangs up on you when you try to get your balance. The atms go down all the time. I am not a happy customer. Very disappointed in a local bank. And not to mention my card gets blocked all the time for fraud on local charges. This is more frustrating then it should be.

Between their ATM always being down and depending on what store you go to having to charge it as credit and not as debit the bank of Marion is the worst bank I have ever banked with. Their ATM has ate my money on more than one occasion and I would have to wait days to get it back. Their customer service is slightly below average and their raised letters on their cards make it hard to fit in any compact wallet. i would recommend any back except this one.

Have banked here several years.I am bad about losing debit cards.When I went there to get another one they refused to give me one. The lady I talked to was very rude.I should have refreshed there memory when they took 600 dollars out of my account by mistake and paid my brothers truck paymentLong story short closed my account

Been a customer for 3 years had a bad experience last week the bank of marion main branch did above and beyond thier duty to fix it and it got fixed and I'm happy.

Literally the worst bank I've ever had. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not impressed and although they can be helpful, there were always so many issues with my account that took at least 24 hours to resolve. Went on for a week when I opened my account, I will never put money in this bank again.

Horrible customer service. The woman at the drive thru didn’t greet me when we pulled up. I asked to deposit my check and she only nodded at me. After taking my check another woman came asking for more information, only to inform me the account had been closed and wouldn’t give me any information on when the account was closed. I was still talking to her as she continued to walk away from the window. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.

The issues I was having were actually addressed and taken care of. I think giving positive reviews makes a difference on both ends and in my case a negative review gave positive results in the end.

It’s great when it works properly. Neither the website or the app works half the time. Either the loading bar fails to load all the way or it tells you there’s no accounts to view. The ATM and online banking will both give you different balance amounts causing you to either overspend or freak the hell out. I don’t know what other bank I would recommend but I wouldn’t recommend this one.
