Walgreens in Marion is the worst. They will tell you something is ready for pickup and takes multiple days/attempts to actually get it in hand. They say they have called a different pharmacy to get a script moved over and when you go to pick up, nothing has been done. Very unreliable staff

I get a call saying that my prescription is ready I get there 5 minutes later and then they are on lunch so I then have to wait for them to get off lunch so I can get my prescription so stupid

I love all Walgreens...usually. I used the bathroom. I could taste the raw sewage smell. When I got to car my friends could smell it on me. (Urinal cake on drain so I assume u are attempting to...) That is the nastiest smell. It even burned my nose it stunk so bad! I included a pic of the urinal cake on the drain.

I wish I could give it no stars. Every time I walk in there something goes wrong. I went in there one morning to get money off my card and it went fine i got my money but I came back later that afternoon and I tried to get money again, i pressed $10 and it said approved but the employee kept saying I never said anything, so I tried again and showed them everything I was pushing and it said approved again but still wouldn't give my money (this has happened many of times and jts terrible) so I walked out and told them I will never come back again.

My wife had an appointment to get swabbed for covid. When we arrived, there was a sign in the window that said temp closed. There was a bunch of employees inside, after about 10 minutes one of them waved at us motioning for us to leave. I tried calling the Marion store and they kept hanging up on me. The system connected me to the vaccination help line and that lady said maybe everyone left for the day. At 12:45? They could've notified us of the cancellation before we drove 30 minutes to get there!

I called to ask about the Covid shot to try to ease my anxiety and the woman named Tara answered the phone and was no help. She was very rude and hateful. It's no wonder the vaccination rate is low.

For the most part I really like them. Every now and and then there's problems here and there but still good. I want to switch from one brand of my medicine to another one I was on For awhile and liked alot more. Hopefully my local store will help resolve this problem so I don't have to switch Pharmacies.
