My wife and I had our bathroom redone recently, and it looks great - probably the nicest room in the house. Everyone I interacted with were courteous and professional, and we're definitely going to them for future projects.

We have yet to find another team that is as easy to work with as Gibson Home Services. They keep us informed, are extremely tidy about their workspace, are respectful of our home and belongings, and just all around friendly, kind people that we enjoy having in our home. Their workmanship is impeccable and they typically suggest ways to improve results. They're an "above and beyond" type of team... on the morning that Ian came to work on our project, a surprise snow left an inch or two of snow on our porch steps. When he arrived he cleaned them off before he started working. He literally treated my home the way he would his own.

Excellent company to work with. Our project turned out great. No surprises. Gibson is a very trustworthy company. I would highly recommend them. Remodeling a home can be stressful on many levels, financial, inconvenience wise, outcome/quality. From start to finish the process was easy. Gibson truly strives to treat your remodel like it was their own home. We could not be happier with the process and result.

Thought I left a review ages ago! Gibson's built a new large closet & custom small pantry in our front room. They also installed an oversized entry door & side lights. They did some additional drywall work & installed an outdoor light fixture by door. Working with Gibson's has been THE BEST contractor experience we have ever had! From beginning to end, amazing professionalism & communication from everyone. Quotes were spot on, the crew ALWAYS arrived on time, worked hard, answered tons of questions, and cleaned everything up in work area at the end of every day! During the job they were considerate & did everything they could to reduce the inconvenience & mess of construction. Their skill level and craftsmanship was fantastic! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gibson's for honesty, integrity & skill & creativity too!

I wanted to thank your whole team for making this experience so stress free! You have no idea about all the prior bad experiences I've had during my process of upgrading my house. We recently had a great experience working with Gibson Home Services in Markham VA.They repaired our front door frame, installed gutters, and replaced two electrical fixtures on the front porch of the house.Both Melissa and Valerie were perfectly easy to work with for the quote, and David and his coworker provided excellent work and was exactly what we were hoping for. We’ve used Gibson Home Services for years now. We continue to come back to their company because they deliver quality work and dependability time and time again. We’ve met just about all of their employees by now and all of them are courteous, and clean up after themselves. Always a great job at a fair price.

From the very moment I reached out to the company I knew I was going to like them. Tracy responded expeditiously to my email and request for scheduling a deck inspection. She was attentive to the request(and very on top of her game). Josh showed up right on time to give his professional opinion. Josh cut straight to what needed to be done and how he could do it the right way.Certainly, if we can close on the house we will be calling this company. And I would suggest before you call anyone else you give these folks a try... you won’t be disappointed!

I have known and used Gibson Home Services for over 15 years. In my personal residence, they have done the following work: two new garage doors, two new garage door openers, an upper Timber Tech deck and a lower Timber Tech deck, a master bath remodeling/renovation (currently under way); a hall bath remodeling (complete renovation) ; numerous windows replaced, basement build out, closet organizer, electrical work, ceiling fan installation, home office total remodel, painting, wood rot repair.. the list goes on. In short, I have "rebuilt" my home using Gibson Home Services every step of the way. They are courteous, responsive, respectful, clean up each day after they are done for the day. Their motto: "Treating every home as our own" is true. If they don't think something looks right that I brought into the home for them to do - they will ask me. Just today, one of their lead workers - Matt - brought to my attention that the "brush nickel" faucet purchased at Lowe's (a Moen product) was not the same "brush nickel" finish as the shower handle (a Moen product) that I bought at Ferguson. Turns out the Ferguson's Moen line is more "commercial" than Lowe's which is more "residential." It was Matt who brought it to my attention and then went to Ferguson's to figure out how to make everything that was brush nickel by Moen to match! I can't think of any other contractor who would bring something as small as this minor detail to the homeowner's attention. Forever grateful As a realtor in Northern Virginia I have referred Gibson Home Services to over 200 clients. Those clients have been so happy that they have referred Gibson Home Services to their friends, neighbors, and family members. No job is too small, no job too big. They have gone out of their way to "fit my clients in" when we were a few days from closing. I have watched Josh and Valerie take this company from infancy to adulthood in the last 15 years. I have seen them work tirelessly to serve people and do good work. They will always have my vote of confidence, they will always have my referrals, and they will always get my business. Gibson Home Services is THE ONLY company I will work with in caring for my home. In the last 11 years, Josh and company have completely re-done my home: I have had three bathroom remodels, two bathrooms renovated with lovely custom tile work. My backyard was completely made over in brick and raised flower beds and after 10 years, it continues to get compliments when guests come over. I had my front door replaced, all the rooms painted and floors installed and the attic insulation done. That is just a few of the jobs they have done for me. Every single worker that has done work on my home has been terrific. The office calls/emails to let you know when the guys will be starting the job and when that day they will be there. And they arrive ON TIME. The guys are extremely respectful and courteous and always, always clean up when they complete the work at the end of the day. I have a disabled son, the guys are kind and ALWAYS do their best to make sure the environment is safe for him and to minimize the disruption to his day. It is personal touches such as this that mean so much. Josh goes above and beyond to make sure the homeowner gets the results they are looking for and does it all with quality craftmanship.

A++++ A wonderful company in every way! Technical excellence, really nice people, responsive and friendly. They really do treat your home as if it were their own - they take great care to mitigate the messiness of the remodeling and maintain a neat and safe job site.
