Not sure why Exxon would allow such a nasty person to represent their brand. Stopped to get gas and use restroom and buy a drink while husband was going to pump gas. Opened the door to 3 people doing nothing and told very abruptly by a really ridiculous woman (without so much as a hello) that only customers could use the restroom. I announced we WERE going to get gas and turned around immediately and was able to stop husband before he started to pump the gas. Why EXXON? Don’t you have some sort of standard even if the gas station is independently owned! -Minus 100 stars

Most miserable grouchy old lady working the counter. She made me and my 7 year old buy something just to use their disgusting bathroom. Not to mention told the other lady who was ringing me up to charge me 2.89 for a candy bar when it was clearly labeled for 2.09. If I wasn’t ready to pee my pants I would have gladly used the bathroom anywhere else. The store smells just as bad the old woman’s attitude. I’d recommend peeing on the side of the road before stepping back into this establishment.

You must either purchase gas or an item from the grouchiest woman I’ve even encountered working “customer service” to use the bathroom. I just needed a quick stop to let my special needs son use the restroom. I drive past this location many times, but I will ensure I NEVER stop there again. I purchased an airhead candy for 36 cents and put it right back on the shelf for her- she clearly needs the money a lot more than I do. Also, to note- had it not been for my son, but for myself I would have gladly taken my business elsewhere, even another location who had a bathroom for paying customers only. I do respect the “for customers only” business concept, and respect it. Maybe just consider your approach when you have your “customers” or those who may purchase from you.

If I could leave 0 I would. Had to pay to pee, which would be fine if they had anything worth spending money on. Had about 8 people sitting in the tiny shop just talking instead of cleaning up the most disgusting bathroom I’ve seen. Go somewhere else

Much easier than trying to battle your way to a pump in Haymarket during rush hour. Close to the 66 exit for a quick easy fill

They sell ethanol free gas! It’s great for lawn mowers and boats. It’s separate from the Exxon pumps. Exxon has a great rewards program.
