To Tristin and the team at the Marshall Post Office
We wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank our Postal Carrier, Tristin, for his incredible dedication and service.
His commitment to making sure we always receive our mail and packages is truly impressive and impeccable. Tristin is professional, yet friendly, honest, and easy-going—we honestly feel like we hit the jackpot with him delivering our route! We truly appreciate his hard work.
We'd also like to extend our appreciation to the Marshall Post Office staff, especially Stephanie and Carol, and everyone else who contributes to this great service…10/10!

Really bad that there is no way to find a number to call and get a local person. I live far out and rarely get to town. Need help on a delivery, but no way to contact the PO.

I have lived in this area for 16 years. Everytime I come to the post office staff is very friendly with the smile on their faces, I never experienced anyone to be rood. Yes, sometimes you have to wait in the long line but they always call a second person whenever line is back up if they have any one available. Always helpful, whenever I have a question about what is the best way to mail letters or packages anywhere in USA or World wide. Our Mail lady is the best, she always has a smile on her face, leaves a treat for my dog even if he is not outside. He gets so excited when he his her mail truck pulling in. People sometimes make mistakes when load of the their work is too big and not enough of employees available. Have you seen a sign "hiring"? Stop complaining people! I would like to see how would you do the work being in their shoes.

Letters and packages get lost regularly. I get my neighbor’s mail too frequent. Last time (Dec. 2019) post office manager said she will investigate and call me back. Never happened. Something need to change. A lot of room for improvement.
