The employee that helped us at the AT&T store named Lacy was amazing !!!! He is extremely knowledgeable, fast, smart and funny , he made our trip to the AT&T store fun :) And helped us with what we needed an went out of his way to take care of things and educate us on things that were available or that we haven't heard of yet, made sure we knew all current options. He is an A+ employee and I hope he gets the recognition that he so very much deserves.

AT&T is one of the most financially draining providers out there. They have horrific, horrific customer service both in store and via the phone. Incompetent on multiple levels. This particular store in Martinsville was by far one of the most ghetto stores I've been in. Filthy, unprofessional, store and staff.

The young lady helping us out was new and trying, but the manager Lacy or Wilson (he told me one name, she told me another) was deliberately misleading in his representation of the earbud promotion. I felt deceived and was charged a return fee for items that I didn't even agree to purchase, open, or leave the store with. He's rude and arrogant and unethical. If you could get the young lady to describe the events of that day, you will see how dishonorable Lacy the manager is. If the only way you can make it is by deceiving people, then I truly feel sorry for you. What goes around will come around. I hope the owner fixes the issue, since you chose to be arrogant and rude about it. I'm waiting for the district manager to call me. It's been a week since I left him a message concerning this event

Haley was the only one working in the store yesterday afternoon when we came in as a family of 4 to all trade in our iPhones. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. While she was transferring our data to the new iPhone14s, she also helped several walk-in customers with problems they were having. She never seemed frustrated or overwhelmed. She also helped my husband get a new Otterbox and screen protector put on his new phone so he'd be ready to go to work tomorrow! We were all impressed and it made me happy we chose to stay with AT&T!

Friendly staff but not in communication with company issues when directed by nremote agents. Most of the staff was very willing to help. Clean. We'll stocked with lots of peoducts.

OMG! Guy Evans sat with us for hours explaining the newer phones, AT & T's service plans, different apps available on phones. He had the knowledge and patience of a saint. We left your store with two new phones and a brand new understanding of smart phones. He truly went above and beyond. We are truly happy customers! Give that man a raise. He worked hard for your customer.

The representative was very nice but did not explain that the credit we were receiving on a phone that we turned in was going toward a credit over the next three years on the contract. I asked if I can buy out the phone and get the $800 credit that I was supposed to get and they told me no that I would have to pay the original price for the phone which is $1,200.00 makes no sense to me you're getting a phone and giving me $800 credit but then I can't buy it out for the balance of the phone??? I'm really upset over the whole situation and possibly getting ready to switch carriers.

Stopped in to get a new phone to replace my husband's flip phone. Hailey (spelling?) met us and was extremely helpful. We ended up with a new phone for me( hooray) and my old 8 is now hubby's . She set up old and new and it was pretty painless except the price tag. Thank you Hailey. AND she made us laugh.

I have received EXCELLENT service at the Martinsville, VA location from Guy Evans! He worked tirelessly to get my phone, tablet, and watch set up just the way I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the products and service and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Guy and AT&T!

The AT&T in Martinsville is the worst cell provider store I’ve ever been in. lol. We walked in just for a simple under warranty screen replacement, and not only did it smell like a frat house carpet inside, but the tv inside was blasting a movie, and the one guy working in there acted like he’d rather jab his eyes out with a nail gun than speak to us. THEN he suggested that we lied about where we get our screen protectors because the one on my moms phone “felt too thin”….then I said “why would we spend $50 somewhere else to get a screen protector when we can get one at AT&T under warranty for $8?” He scoffed and stopped and just stared at me. Completely rude person. ? the saddest thing I’ve seen in a long time, y’all just go to Danville or Roanoke if you have AT&T.

I have always had excellent service with AT&T, as did my parents. My family sticks with companies that are tried and true to their customers, which is getting harder to find these days, which is sad. Friends have asked me how much I pay for my phone service and when I tell them, they are amazed and talk about maybe switching to AT&T, which makes me happy! Thank you AT&T for all you do to keep your customers satisfied!

I had such a great experience! Haley fixed my phone so quickly. She saved me from going to apple or having to lose any of my stuff! The gentleman she was working with (I didn’t catch his name) was so kind and welcoming! Totally would recommend seeing them if you have any problems!

my father is almost 80 yrs old. He was sent a new phone(flip phone) and needed assistance. As u can already tell by flip phone he is not tech savvy w/phones. He went to this store at around 10am waited for assistance and there was appox 3 other customers behind him They got his new Sim card put in but wld not assist him w transferring info over. The rep told him he didn't have time to do it that he (my dad) wld have to figure it out and enter the contacts 1 by 1." when I cal
