I came into the store to get an upgrade on my line. As soon as I got in the door it was bad customer service. All the way up to the point I just stopped beating with boost mobile altogether. Someone in a customer service position should be aware part of there job is customer satisfaction. You don't call the customer a lier and question everything they are telling you. You take the info and do what you can with it. If you need more ask for more info. Not that hard. 10 year customer service 3 at RadioShack as a assistant manager. I know the business. It's not that hard.

I want to use a ReBoost card to make my phone payment, but Boost Mobile has been "experiencing an internal systems problem that is affecting customer service" for days. I received an email informing me the system had been fixed, but I continue to get the same message about the problem. My phone bill is due tomorrow! I even called the customer service number, and got the same message. I hope I still have phone service tomorrow

The reps are nice and very professional! They make sure the customers walk out smiling, in good hands, and even makes sure to get the customers exactly what they need.
