First and foremost, Kitty and Hannah were the clerks on race weekend, we went in to pick up a pair of jeans my mom had on hold from the Eden location. We only had thirty minutes or so before closing. We went in and got caught up in shopping and trying on clothes. They waited on us and had things in the dressing room like we were royalty. They would take clothes from us while we were shopping, and we had about four outfits a piece, My daughter, My Momma, and myself. By the time we were done trying everything on, I noticed that Miss Kitty was vacuuming and cleaning. We were there almost AN HOUR after closing on RACE WEEKEND, and these two lovely ladies never once uttered a word about closing time. They were so gracious with us. Truly a fun place to go shop. Side note, hit up those clearance racks, ladies!!! Great store with great ladies and great prices. Really nice clothes as well. But those girls, they are awesome!!! Someone might consider giving them a raise, just my thoughts! ?

I needed a new outfit for a Christmas party coming up and it's been a long time since I've wore anything but jeans and t-shirts or sweaters. So Allison at your Martinsville store just helped me out. She helped me with a shirt. A pair of pants jewelry boots. The works. Allison you literally made my day thank you. I'll be looking for you the next time I come in.

I had a receipt for a Christmas present and was told I couldn't exchange it cause it was over 3 days past 60 days. I thought that was the whole purpose of the receipt, the woman was also very hateful. Not worth the clothes after rhis

My wife tried on a dress that was usually smaller than she wears and it fit but the lady was like yeah go up a size so long story short we left with nothing cause my wife is upset needed the dress for a funeral tomorrow so we will go somewhere else
