I have been using Kroger pharmacy for a very long time. Over the past few months one tech has multiple HIPA violations. I am getting ready to change pharmacies and talk to corporate.

I've recently had to transfer all my medications from CVS to Kroger Pharmacy and it's been absolutely an amazing and easy transition. I've live in SC for years and travel for a living and the medication I'm on CVS just started having issues filling my scripts. Whatever there policy were I would try my best to meet them. It just finally came to were CVS just didn't want to fill it anymore after 10 years of service. So I called around and Kroger Pharmacy had no problems filling all my medications from a out of state doctor and regardless of the schedule. They were happy to receive my business and I'm just happy that my script are all filled without any delays. Kroger Pharmacy is what all pharmacy should be like and treat people. They are 110 percent better than CVS across the board.

Pharmacy got better after months of being short staffed. Now they are just plain rude. My wife was told her new prescription would be ready Wednesday, she went there on Thursday and was told they did not have it! She asked if they ordered it and they said no and that it would take weeks to get. she asked if they could contact another local pharmacy to see if they had it...and..was told that she had a phone and she could call around. Unprofessional and rude. She went to Wal-greens and switched ALL her prescriptions over to them! Bye Bye Kroger's!

The line to pick up prescriptions is 100 feet long. Everything I come I have to wait a minimum of an hour and sometimes two hours just to pick up a prescription that was called in and ready. And speaking of calling in. I had to refill the prescription through the automated phone service because I let the phone ring for an hour and the pharmacy never answered.

Switched to Kroger pharmacy 2 years ago. Terrible service and orders never ready days and weeks later. Must not want my business. Don't answer calls and they tell me to not depend on automated call features. Useless.

Hate this store, no one smiles, they act like they are better than anyone, now they refuse to carry anything patriotic, this place can disappear for all I care. They need to wear less fake eyelashes and and wear a real smile

Slow never on time and when you talk to anyone or ask about why your meds aren’t ready then they get rude. Not professional at all. And if your lucky and your meds are ready then be ready to stand in a line for 30 mins to an hour. Since the nice blonde lady pharmacist left this place has hit rock bottom!!!!!

if I could give no stars I would. Kroger pharmacy is a joke. They have your prescriptions for days and still do not have it filled, they seem not to care either, stop being lazy and do your job. Walmart can run on three people and still hav done on time..

I needed to pick up a prescription for my uncle and they really think it's acceptable to have over 20 or 30 people waiting in line. Where do they get the nerve to think my time is so worthless as to wait in a line that long. Most of my family has left Kroger Pharmacy because of this I will be seen to it that he leaves to there is no reason for there to be a line that long other than you are not hiring enough people to do the job

The pharmacy used to be on point but I guess they're short on pharmacist now And let's just say the one that's there now needs much better professional attitude waiting 4 to 5 days is unacceptable and not just me that's upset seems there's a simple solution first come first serve you know the way it Used to be

They do not honor when they tell you prescriptions will be ready. They have cheated my mom out of her insulin twice.
