I had inspection done this morning, yesterday I had oil change and tire rotation. I was very happy with each service. Employees were courteous, friendly and informative. I was greeted and received service promptly. I highly recommend Strickland Brothers on Liberty Street, Martinsville.

The service claims 10 min oil change, took them 25 min. I was unaware that they use an oil brand that I've never even heard of, not real happy with that. They also check off that they top off washer fluid, check tire pressure, check transmission fluid, lights, etc.... None of those things where actually done. I way overpaid for offbrand oil. No thankyou.

The manager (whose name, I’m sorry to say, has left my brain; tall, dark curly hair, I think he had glasses) and the assistant manager, Francisco, were incredibly helpful and kind.

In and out like the flash which is great for me I work nights, also great service the people are really friendly and the guy changing my oil called me boss, made everything really easy and was great at explaining all the services!
