I would give O stars Nasty place smell is terrible the lady did my toes and nails didn’t change gloves took three hours and a half she was very slow kept stopping to do another person got paint on my feet nails terrible and nail polish stinks like bad after smell would never go back and charged to much

LA Nails listed full set price as $55. They charged my teen $75 for this service with no special designs or extras. Very unprofessional and shows no integrity to take advantage of a teenager just for extra money. Won’t be returning!!

They do a great job. My 4 stars came because there is no need to charge $10 more to get gel polish instead of regular polish. They come in the same box!

I went to this place to have sns done on my natural nails. Sns says 40+. I was charged $60 not including tip. Then after I went grocery shopping and came home to show my family my nails and realized 2 completely fell off. I went back and they insisted on fixing the broken 2 when I was worried about others falling off. She even blamed my nails for them falling off instead of accepting responsibility for poor nail prep because they work in a hurry and do rushed work. The lady fixed the 2 despite my concern (she didn't care just wanted my money). Afterwards I went to goodwill and Marshall's just to test put the others. Well another one fell off. I called and went buy with no answer or response. I was there at 5:39 though they say they closed at 6pm. Very shady business. Cautious with this nail salon. Not qualified workers or they just don't care about quality work. Smh

I have been going to LA NAILS for awhile now. Their prices are great and the service is excellent. I went to Luxury N 1 time because LA NAILS was so busy, all I wanted was a color change. I finally had to tell the guy to stop . All in all it cost me more for a color change there than a full set completion at LA. I waited a week and went back and had her fix his screw up. I will never go anywhere else again.

The lady doing my manicure checked with me every step of the way to make sure I was happy with the nail length, shape, color, and the art on the accent nails. She didn't seem to know how to get the effect I wanted but she took several close up looks at the picture I brought in and figured it out with very pretty results. When it came time for the pedicure, she opened a new package of tools. I appreciate that they do that here. All told she spent over 2 hours waiting on me, for less than $100. Her attention to detail was impressive . This is the only nail salon I go to because they always break out fresh tools.Services: Sculpted nails

I'll come in here today after not having my nails done for over a year to find a new nail salon, that does good with SNS.I wanted a simple thank black tips clear back. Please see picture for what my results was they originally priced them at $55 which is normal for what I was asking for upon looking at the final results and her even realizing that she messed up putting five or six different nail polish is trying to cover up her mistakes.I told her to just leave it alone and cuz she charge $40 because personally I think that that was even over price for the results that I got.She took $5 off lol needless to say I was not happy and you let the wrong person walking to hear and they do that to them and they probably are going to have a situation on their hands .another reason why America does not like Chinese or China THEY USE US!!!Service: Dip powder

I went here about a week ago and my nails are super thick and are popping off already. The lady done bare minimum on filing them and never asked me what shape I was wanting. The entire time felt rushed and sloppy. There is a reason I stopped going to them and this was just the cherry on top for 60 dollars this shouldn't be happening and for basic nails no design nothing highly disappointed.Service: Acrylic nails
