Walked in and Wesley immediately assisted me. Told him what I was looking for and he pointed me in the right direction with multiple different options. He cut me a deal on the mattress & threw the mattress topper in free. Very well to work with & highly recommend this place. Treats customers with respect & will make it work for you. Great experience! Wesley made the process easy by making matress recommendations based on the body scan. Wesley showed us three mattresses and we picked one out and filled out the paperwork in no time. He also took care of getting us a new bunkie board at a price less than what I would have paid online. We were able to get 0% interest for a year and pick the delivery date we wanted. The delivery went exactly as described. Highly recommend.

It’s been along time since I’ve experienced this type of professionalism and honesty from any sales person. Wesley made our purchase extremely easy and not once did he try to sale us something we didn’t need or didn’t want. He was attentive to our every need in sleep comfort. Absolutely 5 star and exceeded our expectations. It was obvious from the beginning he was extremely knowledgeable about sleep comfort.

Not getting a good night's sleep is miserable, and having a stack of pillows in the closet that were bought and ended up being terrible was irritating. I decided to go into Mattress Warehouse when I was in Martinsville, VA and asked if they sold pillows. Wesley was great! He wasn't the typical pushy salesperson just wanting a sale for the day. He listened and suggested pillows for the type of sleeper I was. I tried several and found one that I thought would work. I waited a few days to post this review because I wanted to try out the pillow first. Well, it was a game changer! I have slept so well and am so glad I decided to give this store a try. I plan on getting another pillow and I'm seriously thinking about a mattress!

Need a new mattress? We did! And we went to the local Mattress Warehouse! Superior service, great selection of mattresses, 0% interest and free delivery over $999! They have a ton of options and our salesman was patient and didn’t try to steer us to anything outrageouly priced. He was patient and explained everything he thought was good -or bad-about each bed we looked at. Great experience and when we need anything else we will definitely be back! We ordered two mattresses, a box spring, a bed frame and it’s all getting delivered over 30 minutes away! For free!!! And removal of old mattresses are just $25! It’s worth that hands down! —-Also, the store is SOOO clean! That was a huge selling point! So go over and give them some business! They will be waiting for you! 😊
