I have been going to this place for years. I've even moved out of martinsvile and still travel the distance for good work done. Till today! I will never take another here vehicle again! I don't know who is working there now but what he has done to my truck is ridiculous! Couldn't just tell me I needed upper ball joints he had to pry on then bend them to show me just how bad they were. Funny thing is I drove fine the hour and half there with no issues at all NONE. No shaking shimming nothing! I didn't even know there was an issue. NOW I CANT DRIVE THE SAME WAY HOME THAT I JUST TRAVELED THERE. THE HIGH SPEEDS ARE MAKING MY TRUCK SHAKE LIKE CRAZY. ITS ONLY BEEN AN HOUR SINCE I DROVE. Now I am debating having my truck towed or travel slowly the 2 hour back road drive time now. Absolutely ridiculous. You have put me on a dangerous situation and why?? So i can leave or bring my truck back to you to fix. I don't think so. I thought highly of this company but not anymore. I do not recommend them to anyone! Money hungry. It's a shame it is sad.

Let me tell you about these guys. I was in town from Syracuse, NY. My Escape was making an atrocious noise up front. They got me in quick, brought me out to my truck and showed me my loaded strut was blown. 1 hour later I was back on the road. AMAZING SERVICE. These guys are top tier GOLD. Thanks Guys!!

They really getting over on people especially on women
And the mechanics are really poor at their job they really don't know what they are doing there they will tell you one thing and there will be another thing wrong with your car

I've been coming to this place for a couple years now. If I ever need anything done I'll contact them and they get it done right, get it done in a timely manner, and for a really decent price. It's nice finding a shop you can go to continuously and know you'll get excellent service.

Hottest days of the year & my air conditioner compressor decided to die! Took it into Riverside and was quoted an extremely fair price, scheduled time for replacement. 8am this morning they were slammed, was in & out no problem and faster than estimated!!! I was able to get state inspection done as well without advanced notice!
Highly recommend!!

I ran over a piece of wood in the road. My car started squeeling when I backed up.
I took my car to Riverside Tire.
They replaced some rivets in plastic undercarriage of the car. They didn't charge for it.
The service department is very dependable and friendly.
I trust them to take good care of my car.
