This is the WORST PLACE EVER ! We started contract with T -Mobile first they told us 5 Lines for 175$ and your bill never go up our first bill was 175$ after that 217$ right now we are paying 257$ and any where we contacted them they never try to solve the problem and keep scamming people NEVER SIGN CONTRACTS WITH T-MOBILE THEY HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

This was the worst experience with t mobile I have ever had. This place in Martinsville is a joke. I was there 4 hours on Sunday and 1 hour on Monday. Sunday was a disaster. The employees were unprofessional and did not have the knowledge to fix my issues. They lied to me on prices and numerous other options. They don't know how to communicate and fix issues. Customers were walking out. I think they had a manager in back but she wasn't showing her face. Take my advice and make that drive to another store. You will be disappointed here. My problem still not solved and I have had an account with sprint 15 years before t mobile took over.If t mobile wants to keep customers they need to start over retrain and manage this office I feel like they owe me a paycheck for spending 5 hours in a store to replace a broken phone with insurance and they could not handle my issue. If you see a truck riding around with a custom logo that says Martinsville T-Mobile sucks. It's me and I will be making t shirts that says the same if anyone wants to help me change there attitudes towards customer service

Sit there and make you wait hours after close to tell you that they can’t help you get the phone you need so a whole day (and 50 minute drive one way) is wasted. Go to another location and have it set up right away. Then you go for a screen protector that’s covered by insurance that you’ve done multiple times before, just for them to all of a sudden not have your name on the account and need an ID. Called two days before asking if I needed to bring anything to have it replaced and was assured all I needed was the phone itself and nothing else. Then they get attitudes when you call them on the inconsistencies. Ridiculous.

I have used this store for the past few months and while the cell service is good for T-Mobile the customer service at this store is highly lacking in training and quality. I have gone to this store recently to return an item back in March and have not received my refund yet. I was also charged an additional 200+ on my current phone bill after a sale member lied and said the change in service would cause my bill to be REDUCED by an additional $15 per month. No one at the store seems to know what they are doing. Go to a corporate store and leave this place alone

Approximately a week ago I went to the local Martinsville T-Mobile Store on Commonwealth to provide my ID to continue my 55 plus plan! I waited in line forever! When I finally got to the desk, the salesman told me I would have to go to an Anchor Store to continue my plan! He said the closest office was in Danville! I questioned this and mentioned this would be a hardship due to working and some personal matters! He said “I guess they don’t trust us to verify IDs.” I later looked at the message that was sent to me that indicated I could go to this store as it was listed among several! I also ended up calling customer service about the issue who handled it by phone in no time! I have repeatedly tried to call this office to complain, but I can never get anyone! Needless to say I was quite unhappy and frustrated!

I came in recently for some information on the new iPhone that I saw in a commercial, and Skyler was the first person to offer me help. I’ve been to countless T Mobile stores around the area and after being to those stores, I was considering moving networks because everyone had always treated me like a piece of their paycheck. But my most recent visit with Skyler completely changed my view on T Mobile and he is the sole reason I will be staying with T Mobile. He was more than happy to answer every question I had and he showed genuine interest in my personal life as well. If you are in the area and are considering switching to T Mobile, go to this store and ask for Skyler.

i had one of the best experiences here, i thought switching from verizon to t mobile would be a pain but skyler made it easy as can be and id recommend this store and def rep skyler to anyone who needs a phone.

Manager Travis and Sales consultant Lakeshia were extremely helpful when i switched to sprint from another provider. I went in once for phones, then went back a second time for a watch. They were fast in getting me in and out. Their customer service was a big factor in me switching. i highly recommend this store
