“Iv had my Mini Cooper in here as well as my Audi and my little ford ranger. I’m a young person and don’t always have allot of money to spend on a mechanic so sometimes Iv brought in half finished jobs (which I’m sure is annoying) like maybe I just need my ac recharged after I replaced the condenser or something like that. They’ve always been willing to work with me which I appreciate greatly. As previously stated I am a young person, but I think I know a little more about cars than the average person and other shops will lie to me about things thinking I don’t know better, but Broadview automotive has always been 100% honest with me. Whenever a friend says they need a mechanic I always send them here. The owner is great and the service is top notch.”
“Daniel created the best car buying experience of my over half century of buying cars. No pressure and no games. Showed up on a Saturday before closing and took a test drive. Gave good advice and reasoning. Followed up 2 days later after I had time to do my research. Told him give me best price he could and out the door #s. Got there and gone with the car in less than 30 minutes. Had all the paperwork right without delays. He delivered and didn’t waste my time. Will buy from Nelsons and Daniel again if the make is what I want.”
“Bought a car that had issues from the beginning. He did make several attempts to repair the vehicle, but the issue remained and could not be fixed. I'm pretty sure he was not aware of the issue before selling. He had no problem refunding me my money in full for the vehicle. Although it did not work out, I would still purchase a vehicle here due to the positive way my issue was handled”

“I went there after an old X-type Jaguar with low mileage and they were very courteous and helpful. They let me test drive it and get it checked out before my purchase and when I went to purchased it they even stayed open later just for me. I've had it for months and it's run very smoothly during that time. They should have a warranty program, but because of them having no warranty they allowed me to purchase for quite a discounted price. Very good experience for my first car!”

“Fantastic Service! The owner really helped my husband and I out by letting us get a car. At the time he only had one car for sale. It was a 2005 Dodge Neon. The inside of the car was descent. The outside wasn't horrible but the paint was fading. There wasn't any damage to the car. The motor was extremely clean which was surprising considering the year. He let us get the car the same day we looked at it. Ray went above and beyond for us. A spark plug blew out of the motor, believe it or not but it did happen. The car broke down about a month and a half after getting it when the plug blew out. It didn't stay running and after my husband attempted to fix the threads the plug goes into it still wouldn't start. I finally called someone to tow it home and wish I had called Ray Stone first. Ray came from his place of business in Martinsville, VA all the way to where I live in Stuart, VA and towed the car to hid shop. He went back over the places my husband had looked or worked on and finally he had to order a new computer for the car. He then had to take the computer somewhere and have it programmed to my car. He did a wonderful job and I will admit he did not rush to fix it. He took his time but I'm thankful he did. He even asked us if we wanted it fixed. We were all thinking the motor was ruined and if it were then junking it would've been the best thing to do because motors, even used ones would be expensive. He finally figured out the problem and it's still running. It actually is running better than it did when we bought it. The computer must've been going out for awhile and causing problems like shifting gears hard and the motor sounding loud. Those issues stopped the day he put the new computer in. He really helped us out and we're still driving the car today. I'm not sure why anyone has had issues with Stones Auto Sales. I expect the people who have wanted a new car and they should've went and bought a new car. I'm not sure
why anyone would have a problem with him working on the vehicles because he does great work! Admittedly a little slower than I liked but you can't always get things by being impatient. I rate Stones Auto Sales with 5 ⭐! I highly recommend his business!!”
