Store #1257 Commonwealth, Martinsville, VALast week at the Collinsville location we bought 2 pair of glasses. By Monday, realized wrong strength. Today wanted to return, didn't have packaging except for glass case and had deleted the emailed receipt. Angel and Deborah took about 20 mins to get me on the Walgreen app, use my phone number to pull up my history and credit my charge card. I bought other strength. I am 60+ and as most of my generation not "electronic/computer native". They did it all for me, showed me how I don't have to log into the app and how I can use the app. That is why I shop at Walgreen's....thanks.

I am writing this while at the drive thru. We've been here for around 20 minutes. They've left the phone off the hook so I can't use the call button. One of the workers is throwing bags on meds around another is walking around and they've looked at us a few times already. This place is entirely too laid back.

Phoned to obtain some information today. Although I am sure she was busy, at 11;30AM, Debra was so helpful. She went out of her way to check on whether Walgreens even carried the item I wanted, then checked to see if they were in stock. Walgreens carries the item, but they are out of stock today. She even let me know when they might be restocked! I do not drive, so she helped me and saved my friend from a wasted trip. I am so grateful for her kindness. Top notch customer service!

Took my mom for an appointment for a pneumonia shot. Waited for 40 minutes. I could understand if they were busy, however they were not. Standing around talking. So unacceptable ?.

So.... I've been sick for a few days. My husband has been getting medicine for me. Few days ago he got a coupon for $7.00 off your next visit if you spend $25.00 sooooo... He went to get me some more Robitussin and vitamins the manager BEN told him that meant spend $25.00 now and you'll get $7.00 off your next visit after this. That makes absolutely no sense at all. I already had the coupon THIS WAS MY NEXT PURCHASE!!! Ben the manager from the Martinsville store number 1257 you should not be a manager I do not think you posses people skills nor common sense it takes to be one. I won't be back at your store. You're lucky I wasn't a secret shopper!!!

The last time I was here the young lady that helped me was so awesome I didn't catch her name but I was sure to go back inside and give her two passes to the movies that I carry with me just for things like this. However tonight I was a little disappointed in Ol Walgreens because the pharmacy apparently closes at 8:30 however online it says it closes at 10:00 which is the store hours I got here at around 8:36 and I pulled in the Drive-Thru. I saw one pharmacist or a tech I'm not sure scoot past the window rather quickly. I guess hoping that if I was aware of the situation, that they were closed, that I wouldn't try to grab her attention. However I was not. I just thought maybe she was in a rush and they'd get to me in a moment. the other pharmacist or tech had his back to me the entire time, would not turn around was talking to the person that scooted by the window but, would not turn to his head, my guess is that it was in hopes that I would not try to grab his attention either. That's when I realized something was off and I started looking for the hours which were listed and I saw they close at 8:30 and then I glanced at the clock and saw that I had just missed the time. It was only one prescription that I needed to pick up it was for my daughter. It would have only taken a moment. But they were closed and that's fine but one of them could have had the common courtesy the kindness that people lack so often around this town to just tell me that they were closed and I would have told them I'd come back in the morning. I think that's pretty rude they couldn't even acknowledge me at all and instead play around like children. I get it, they're ready to go they probably have a bunch of stuff still to finish. But one of them could have acknowledged that I was there and said something so I wasn't sitting there looking crazy. It's a shame that people don't possess this free service that we all used to have when we were kids or at some point in our lives I hope, kindness. Human. Kind. Be both. I would have given more stars if not because my last experience here with the girl that I had a awesome conversation with at the front counter was nice. Also the the woman with the hair that's usually died random colors is always pretty friendly as well I enjoy walking through the door and seeing either of their faces. Good job ladies. Maybe you should teach those fancy pharmacists some manners.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The pharmacy manager is completely incompetent. EVERY TIME my prescription needs a renewal authorization, she faxes wrong numbers...usually out of state. Each time, I have to call to see what is going on and run interference. Just spent 1.5 hours with her, calling my doctor and putting her on the phone, BECAUSE SHE COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW. She finally faxed them the request and they had to call me because she didn't say which pharmacy she was from or what the medication was. When you press her on her mistakes, she lies or hangs up on you. She is foreign born and I cannot understand much of what she is saying...apparently neither can the doctors. I have spoken to the store manager twice to no avail. The pharmacy manager's incompetence is mind boggling. To think she is actually filling prescriptions is terrifying. Would give this store 0 stars if I could. Stay away.

Terrible Walgreens… register rewards never print, sale items ring up full price even when there are tags out, and they don’t adjust the price. They don’t value their customers. Save your time, go to a different one.

Went into store and saw employee stocking an item. Decided to run a few more errands instead of waiting for them to finish so I wouldn’t get in their way/bother them, I called before coming back (20mins after I had left) and asked if they had finished stocking the item, lady on the phone seemed very irritable by my question and said “no, we don’t carry that item” in a very rude tone. Unsure why I was told they didn’t carry the item I literally saw them stocking it not even an hour prior and also have bought the product there before.I can understand if you’re having a bad day — but there is literally no need to take it out on customers and be rude over a simple question.
