I called to check and see if they had any Nintendo Switch Consoles in stock due to the limited supply that is happening right now. I was told no by the associate in electronics even though the website stated they have them in stock. However, I went to another store in town that had one and purchased it. I had to go to Walmart for another reason while I was out and decided to go take a look in the electronics section. While I was browsing I noticed that they had 2 Nintendo Switches in stock. Walmart needs to get their associates together on how to give correct information to customers. They basically lost a pretty pricey sale from me because I was told they had none in stock. Additionally, while in electronics I decided to purchase an item and the lady that helped us seemed irritated and bothered that I was even there. Get it together Walmart!

You're lucky to even get two stars...but two certain employees (one was IRNA and she was RUDE) had the audacity to whisper about our family tonight while we were CHECKING OUT groceries. Mind you, it is VERY unprofessional to whisper about customers and the fact that she and another employee (didn't catch his name, Gonzalez or something) felt the need to whisper about customers says a lot about their customer service. Irna, you need to be FIRED. How unprofessional can you be?

I went to Walmart auto to get an oil change today and never got assisted! I waited in line for an hour along with one other car and NEITHER of us were ever greeted! I went inside to ask to speak with the manager and was told that he was on lunch. 10 mins later I saw the manager come back, went inside and came back out and still never acknowledged me. I then went back inside and explained to the manager that I've been waiting now for over an hour and was never even greeted and the mechanics were taking cars that came in AFTER me. All he could say was that they were short handed, and I was still never offered any assistance. So I ended up leaving after I realized he just simply didn't care. Terrible experience.

1) Don't ask for any customer assistance. EVER. 2) Don't ask to use the restroom esp. if being cleaned (even if disabled or elderly). Run, don't WALK, to the endddddd of the store for an exceptional restroom experience. Ugh....(waving hand at nose) 3) Walmart employee rudeness/indifference personified. 4) Make sure you have plenty of time to stand in the check-out line cause that's EXACTLY where you'll be esp on weekends.
