Please read my review before considering giving Wyatt's Pro Mechanix your business. I chose them after seeing they had positive reviews but have to assume either the reviews are false or are for work other than auto repair, which is what I had done. I bought a used truck and wanted it checked out to see what was wrong with it and what it needed. It took right at a month to get my truck back and involved countless phone calls and visits because they repeatedly said it would be looked at or repaired by x date only to have that date come and go. This was no easy month for me, and the constant delays had me borrowing and even renting a truck at times. If they had just told me it would take a month I could have planned but the "will be looked at/repaired tomorrow or in 2-3 days" kept me lingering along. There were no courtesy calls about delays or an apology, just me inquiring and finding out nothing had been done. They charged me a premium to diagnose the truck, and I eventually asked for $2900 worth of work to be done, based on the diagnosis they gave, only to get it back with major problems after I took it to another nearby shop. The major isues they missed (head gaskets, transmission) should have been caught by a skilled mechanic. They also gave verbal estimates of recommended work which I found out from the other shop I went to afterwards was already done. On one particular occasion (a Friday) when they told me they would be working on the truck they made Facebook posts about riding ATV's out of town.....now I'm all for downtime, but I wouldn't take it when I have told a customer that work would be done. If you're looking for an honest auto repair shop who will look at your vehicle in a timely manner this is not the place.
