“I’ve been taking my vehicle to this man for about six years now. He is the most honest mechanic I have ever known. The dealership told me I needed rear brakes and he told me “nope”. He could’ve totally taken advantage of me, but that’s not in his nature. My son took his vehicle to him the other day and told me he’s never going anywhere else. He’s kind and an all-around great guy. If you have a lawnmower, a weed eater or a vehicle go see this man.”
“We were traveling home with our truck and trailer when we broke down in Woodstock VA. Lee Hepner Auto repair was helpful right from the start. They fixed our truck in less than a day and charged us fairly. They made sure we had a ride back and forth to the hotel while we waited. They even brought the truck to the hotel when it was finished so my husband didn't have to try and find aWay back or walk. We could not have asked for a more honest and professional shop than this one.”

“Anyone who has had vehicle issues knows how hard it is to schedule time with a garage, but when I went to Auto Care Clinic my vehicle was seen and fixed the same day. I had a bad brake line that then led to the destruction of my brake pads and rotor, both of which had been replaced two months before at a different garage. ACC did a quick estimate of the damage, which was extensive, and here is what impressed me: they took the time to research the warranty on my rotor and pads, confirmed with the other garage on the work done, and then got the warranty to cover their replacement. That saved me half the cost and was a huge relief. Bravo to them on customer service. I'll also mention they have loaner cars available if you need to go anywhere (super helpful) and the business owner sent me a hand written thank you for my business. With experiences like these, ACC has my business going forward.”
