Carpenter's Grocery is run by a very nice old man who loves to talk and is in his 90's. It is the oldest continuously operated grocery store with 200 years of history in one location. The selection is small but not the history. The lazy Pug greeter is the first stop. Get a Coke and Candy bar. They got your diesel fuel, you cold drinks, regular gasoline, good pizza, your hot food and you cold food, showers, and nice people. Truckers can stop and say hi.
