We were disappointed with the upkeep of the condo. It definitely was not up to the standard we usually see at Massanutten.

Service is the only complaint. I'm an owner and gold card holder. However we received a free weekend and were biasly treated as such. We ended up upgrading our stay and still treated a bit rudely. Mostly with just check-in. Concierge and recreation people were phenomenal. Always beware of sales reps. 😉
